Dream House Services has been our go-to contractor for years because the quality, reliability, and…read morecreativity is unmatched. Khanh and his team consistently do an amazing job providing a finished project that meets or exceeds our expectations, all while protecting and respecting our property. Khanh is the only contractor I trust to not only accomplish my vision (in detail and meticulously) but also NOT destroy my property in the process. He always makes sure he knows exactly what you're asking for. He confirms he can accomplish it and even suggests modifications to the plan to improve it, to give you the best outcome. The whole team will come to your home and spend a day prepping your space "Dexter" style. He protects everything and anything near or around the work he will do. I've never had a problem with damage to my property with Khanh but I have with EVERY other contractor, no matter the job. In the past, every time we chose to go with someone else because Khanh wasn't available (scheduling), we regretted it! Khanh is a contractor that pays attention to detail, respects you and your property, and gives you exactly what you paid for or more. He's the only professional contractor I will work with for my home.

His team took care of the existing space and provided quality work for the kitchen repair (wall, cabinets, counters, minor plumbing). Furthermore, Khanh had great insight and possible solutions to issues that occurred during the re-build. Dream House Services team was clear on their invoices and quick to update or provide context if there were issues or questions. The team was able to work with us on pricing and figuring out ways to re-use or re-purpose existing undamaged parts of the kitchen to keep cost low. Lastly, Khanh and team was able to stick fairly close to schedule even when material delays or additional issues discovered. I would recommend the Dream House Services team for future any future work

Warning: Do not trust Corvo Properties or Corvo Construction…read more I don't know if this company is still in business or not. Google shows it as being permanently closed but they did receive a $54,100 PPP loan on April 4, 2020. We bought a home built by Corvo Construction in 2016. So far, we have had to replace the siding. The siding was defective and subject to several class action lawsuits. The mahogany deck had to be rebuilt because of the poor construction. Part of the deck used indoor pine rather than pressure treated wood. The railings and posts have all separated because they were secured with finish nails. The sump pump discharge totally floods our front yard. A French Drain should have probably been installed to absorb the water. When the new foundation was built, the old foundation was buried in the front and back yards. Before doing any landscaping, we had to remove large chunks of concrete and rock from the old foundation. That is just part of the problem with the exterior. Our electrical service is so poor that we cannot use the toaster and coffee maker at the same time without tripping the circuit breaker. Sections of the floor are not level. The installation of the HVAC system was done very haphazardly. The ducts where the filters sit have been fitted together with screws. I do not know if this is right or wrong but standard filters do not fit because the filter path is obstructed by the screws. All attempts to contact them have been futile. Messages have been left with their office staff who have said they are too busy to return telephone calls. It seems as though this company throws together a house as quickly and cheaply as possible and sells it for top dollar. Be careful not to judge their properties by how they look. Protect your dollars and look elsewhere.

Looks can be deceiving...unless you look really closely. Extremely sloppy on the job site, and…read morerefused to clean up. Very poor planning of basic things. Extreme lack of follow through with finishing tasks. I would never do business with them again. Fortunately some of the subcontractors they hire are very good and have been able to somewhat make up for their significant deficiencies.
