I was asked to purchase overpriced items from his practice, one compression sock $30. Go on Amazon and buy a pair for less than $20.00. Also overpriced insoles which I could have purchased for about $10 at Walmart. During each visit, I paid my co-pay, and I paid for all the extras that the doctor requires not covered by insurance. Now I'm receiving a bill for a co-pay which I've called the office four times to explain why this co-pay is due. I'm receiving a bill four months after I was released from care and I have not received a call back to explain this. I will not be sent to collections for a $37 balance which I know I do not owe. I have contacted the office three times in regards to this matter by telephone and I have texted the office one time.

He's old, not stupid. 2. That's why he pays you. I never raised my voice, but she got incredibly defensive and kicked us out. Terrible bedside manner and very rude office staff. Oh. and the lady before us was getting charged $25 for being 5 minutes late. Oh, and don't pay u til after you get treated so when she kicks you out for asking questions, you aren't out your copay.
