This was one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had…read more I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and waited approximately 45 minutes in the lobby before being called back. After that, I waited an additional 35 minutes for the doctor. After more than 80 minutes of waiting, I still had not been seen by a physician. Unfortunately, I had to leave because I needed to get to work. As a result, I never received the medical care I came for despite taking time out of my day and traveling to the clinic. No patient's time should be treated this way. If a clinic is running significantly behind schedule, patients deserve to be informed and given the option to reschedule. Instead, I was left waiting with no regard for my time or responsibilities. I left without being examined, without receiving treatment, and extremely disappointed. This level of service is unacceptable for a medical practice. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I have two insurances and even…read moreoffered to pay cash after Erika told me and the entire office (including another patient) that I would need to cancel an insurance first. I said ok I will but that takes time. I was told up to 60days. This office left me without treatment as I was automatically enrolled into an insurance and was going to decline. She said I was not allowed to pay cash because I had insurance but she would not bill my primary insurance that I've had for years because of the automatic enrollment of another I needed to decline. Where is the ethics and morals of this office to leave someone in chronic pain because they have too many insurances. And cash. I can only hope they do not do this to other patients. I am not sure if it was race/gender related because the other person in the office of my same race and gender was treated very poorly as well. I should have known this office was terrible when I called to make my appt and they said they only offer injections. I said no cream or pills etc? I said ok I'll let my PCP and insurance know. Then the receptionist changed her tune. All of a sudden she said "oh I tell people that because we get drug seekers here". I said ma'am I have been in the pharmaceutical and insurance field for 20 years. You have to t/f meds before you can get approved for some injections.

I came in prepared, but instead of helping guide me through, the front desk staff had a condescending tone and weren't particularly welcoming or helpful. It felt like I was being blamed for issues that weren't clearly communicated in the first place, and I ended up doing extra work just to get seen. I understand clinics get busy, but a little patience and kindness go a long way -- especially when patients are already stressed or vulnerable. Hoping the staff can work on being more empathetic and clear with their processes moving forward.

I had no idea how my PT and I would get along in terms of communication. After I left, I was satisfied and impressed. Ryan and Linda were nice and considerate. In addition to having excellent communication and patience skills, they are also competent in what they do. I felt safe and comfortable going there until my sessions ended. As a 47-year-old perimenopausal woman dealing with metabolic health issues, I came to strength…read moretraining from a very different perspective than someone who already enjoys the gym or athletics. I had never strength trained before and was honestly intimidated by the entire experience. I worried about getting injured, looking foolish because I didn't know what I was doing, and whether the effort would actually produce meaningful results. I started training with Christian in late April, and I have been genuinely surprised by the progress I've made. Physically, I've dropped a clothing size in both pants and tops, and my DEXA scans show that I've increased lean mass and bone density while losing weight in a calorie deficit, which is especially meaningful to me at this stage of life. Beyond the visible changes, I've also seen improvements in several health markers, which was one of my primary goals going into this process. For me, strength training wasn't about athletic performance--it was about improving my long-term health. One of the biggest reasons I've been successful is the coaching itself. I have low blood pressure and can become lightheaded during heavier lifts, and I also need careful attention to form and knee positioning to avoid injury while still being challenged appropriately. I don't think I would push myself safely or effectively on my own. Christian does an excellent job of finding that balance between encouragement, proper technique, and progressive overload. One of the strongest endorsements I can give is that he has developed a program tailored specifically to my goals, my health concerns, and my abilities. Over time, that has built a level of trust that allows me to focus on the work itself, knowing that each session is designed to move me safely and effectively forward. He is also genuinely passionate about what he does. Every session includes explanations about physiology, training, and conditioning, which I particularly appreciate because I came into this with almost no strength training knowledge. If you're someone who feels intimidated by the gym, is dealing with health concerns, or simply wants knowledgeable coaching that meets you where you are, I highly recommend working with Christian.

I decided to reach out and see if they could help with the pain and hopefully get me feeling better sooner. Going into my first appointment, I had zero expectations. I was honestly just hoping for some relief and to be able to move around without feeling like I was 90 years old . But wow, they really exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so welcoming from the moment I walked in. Dr. Jordan and Team SP took the time to listen to what happened, figure out where I was hurting, and really assess my injury. I never felt rushed or like they were just trying to get me in and out. What surprised me the most was how much better I felt after each session. I could actually feel the difference after every visit, and it gave me a lot of hope that I was finally on the right track to recovering. Because of the treatment plan they gave me, I was able to swing a golf club again and move around much more comfortably! I really appreciate how much care and attention they put into their clients. You can tell they genuinely want to help you feel better and take the time to make sure you understand what's going on. I'm really glad I decided to come here. I went in with zero expectations and ended up feeling way better than I thought I would! If you're dealing with an injury or pain and looking for a place where they actually listen to you and take the time to help, I definitely recommend coming to Sports Performance!
