Once the dentist came in we were told new x-rays were needed even though we had ones from our previous dentist 6 months ago. Then we were told we needed some extra treatments. We declined and the dentist became very very defensive and tried into dating us into getting them. We left and got a 2nd opinion from another local dentist who said none of it was needed. We start care with this office, and after 3 visits all my child had received are x-rays, and a myomunchee (a $50 soft silicone orthotic I re-ordered from Alibaba.com). Besides giving us the myomunchee, our initial $2500 payment got us nothing - zilch. We signed a contract for getting a Mybrace, and there was no fitting or provision of the same. After 3 visits with no actual dental care, we called the office and wrote to them in October 2022, and informed them we no longer wish to continue the once a care. The office didn't acknowledge our termination notice, or give us a refund for services not provided. We don't hear anything from the office after, till the date I'm writing this review-over a year later in November 2023. This office has the audacity to bill us for care we didn't receive, **after** we told them we didn't want to continue with their practice. I called their office to rectify the situation and from the front desk's canned response, they clearly have done this before. Please look at other negative reviews about their nefarious billing practices. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care, and I hope they suffer the consequences of predatory patient care practices.

Staff is so friendly!! We didn't have to wait long before being called back. Candace took good care of us. She explained the different options of braces which who knew there were so many!? There are your traditional wire braces, there are Invisalign and then there are Light Force braces which are similar to the traditional however they are custom made to the molding of your teeth. They are smaller and more comfortable and a quicker treatment option given they are made to your specific teeth. It's digital alignment -- LightForce uses indirect bonding, which means the brackets are placed on a model of your teeth in the exact position your doctor has prescribed. These are also translucent so they blend better with your teeth however you can still get color options should you want to change out the colors. There is no charge for a consultation appointment fyi. We chose to go with the Light Force option which will probably take about 15 months as opposed to traditional which could take 24 months. And you don't have to go in as frequently for checkups. They have in-house payment options and also a lending company to help set up payment options that fit your needs.
