There are your traditional wire braces, there are Invisalign and then there are Light Force braces which are similar to the traditional however they are custom made to the molding of your teeth. They are smaller and more comfortable and a quicker treatment option given they are made to your specific teeth. It's digital alignment -- LightForce uses indirect bonding, which means the brackets are placed on a model of your teeth in the exact position your doctor has prescribed. These are also translucent so they blend better with your teeth however you can still get color options should you want to change out the colors. There is no charge for a consultation appointment fyi. We chose to go with the Light Force option which will probably take about 15 months as opposed to traditional which could take 24 months. And you don't have to go in as frequently for checkups. They have in-house payment options and also a lending company to help set up payment options that fit your needs.
