During a filling, my 5 year old daughter began gagging and coughing on the water from the laser. The dr stopped several times for a few seconds to give her a break. I could tell the Dr. was getting frustrated. Then suddenly, she gave up on the laser and finished the cavity using a regular drill with NO Novocain!! I did NOT give permission for that. We were told they'd be using a pain-free laser. I've never heard my baby girl scream so loud. The pain she must have experienced makes me feel sick. I felt so helpless and I've never been more angry in my life!

He treated my son for dental surgery with such compassion and care, and not only did he offer a much better price than our previous pediatric dentist, but the overall experience was night and day. He was our third opinion--and truly, a godsend. I'm beyond grateful we found him. His entire staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I scheduled my daughter's emergency appointment for a Monday morning. I took time off from work and I kept her home from school. The office called me that morning and told me they couldn't see her because the dr. had an emergency, but she could be seen the next day at 9:30am. I had a VA appt and a dentist appt for myself starting at 11am, so I knew I was able to make everything on time. I kept my daughter from school, again. Showed up at 9:20am, she was seen, told me what she needed to get done and sent us to a window where I was told I needed to either come back another day or wait until 11am. As I was talking to the girl in the window and explaining to her that I got my original appt cancelled the day before and I couldn't wait until 11am, the office manager comes out of her office, shrugging her shoulders and interrupting my conversation. With a rude demeanor, she told me that if I didn't like it, I could leave. I told her to put herself in my position, that I called out from work the day prior, my daughter had missed 2 days of school and I had other appts that morning, but my daughter needed to be seen to fix her tooth. She didn't care. She didn't apologized for the delay, for the cancelations.. She kept shrugging her shoulders and telling me that if I didn't like it, then leave. Against my will, I decided to stay, for my daughter's benefit. I had to cancel my VA appt, which are hard to get, and canceled my dental appt, which was important. This office manager didn't care at all. I have never encountered someone so rude and careless for the patients as she was that day. I wasn't planning on coming back with any of my kids. However, a week later, I received a letter saying that my services had been terminated. As a private practice, they should have heard both sides of the story before dismissing 4 kids. That woman is a poor example of what customer care is. I don't recommend this place at all. They don't care about the patients and their families. as long as you pay and do what they say without arguments.

This office used to feel welcoming and was filled with happy hygienists and patients. Now the atmosphere is completely different. The office is cluttered with dinosaur decorations everywhere, and the staff seems to have changed significantly. Dr. T appeared to start with a full team but now seems to be down to only a few people. In my experience, her communication with both children and parents comes across as rude, petty, and snide. I'm also concerned about the dental recommendations we received. My kids go every six months for cleanings, and at our last visit I was told my son had holes in two teeth and might even need two root canals. That didn't sit right with me, so I got a second opinion from another dentist. The second dentist found no issues at all. Between the overcharging, requests for reviews, and what felt like questionable diagnoses, I no longer feel comfortable bringing my children here (and we've been here over a decade). I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion if you're told your child needs major dental work.

I have to have some work repeated that I had done years ago - and Dr. P has been great working with me and my anxiety. He has done wonders to alleviate my fears and alleviate the pain and discomfort I have while getting work completed. They are upfront about the procedure, cost and timeline. They "cater" to the fear and allow you take a break, watch tv or listen to music - and everyone in the office seems to genuinely care and want to help. We start care with this office, and after 3 visits all my child had received are x-rays, and a myomunchee (a $50 soft silicone orthotic I re-ordered from Alibaba.com). Besides giving us the myomunchee, our initial $2500 payment got us nothing - zilch. We signed a contract for getting a Mybrace, and there was no fitting or provision of the same. After 3 visits with no actual dental care, we called the office and wrote to them in October 2022, and informed them we no longer wish to continue the once a care. The office didn't acknowledge our termination notice, or give us a refund for services not provided. We don't hear anything from the office after, till the date I'm writing this review-over a year later in November 2023. This office has the audacity to bill us for care we didn't receive, **after** we told them we didn't want to continue with their practice. I called their office to rectify the situation and from the front desk's canned response, they clearly have done this before. Please look at other negative reviews about their nefarious billing practices. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care, and I hope they suffer the consequences of predatory patient care practices.

Turns out, they were only temporary--and I didn't find out until they broke in August 2025. By then, I had already moved from Florida to Atlanta and spent a significant amount of money on what I thought was lasting dental work. I reached out to their office to discuss compensation but never heard back. The bridges were beyond repair, and I had to pay over $10,000 to have them replaced by Dr. Langston here in Georgia. Thankfully, he did an incredible job and gave me a smile that looks better than ever. If you're considering Advanced Dental Arts, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Dr. Langston truly delivers the quality and care every patient deserves.

Us Veterans tend to get appointment dates confused. Happen all the time. I also took the day off to get the crown done. Your office had been calling me to get the root canal done which I had delayed because I had an issue last Sept when I was going the root canal. I did get the root canal as you asked. The young front desk lady said there was nothing she can do when I asked if they could squeeze me in to get the crown done. I asked if I can speak to the office manager and she said there was non-available. I then asked when will an office manager be back and she said no office manager would be back until Tuesday. There was no attempt to call anyone to try and help. I asked the young front desk lady to cancel the 19 June appointment as I would be out of town. I really believe that there were other options to offer instead of turning me down as I was already there, and the crown did would not take much to install.
