If you plan to come here for a consult, you will need to clear at least 2 solid hours from your day, if not more. And that 4 minutes cost me $89. I am here to prevent you from learning the same $89 lesson that I just learned. As soon as the dentist recommended full, unconscious IV sedation during minute 3 of our conversation, I knew this was not about me and my teeth but about dollar signs. I am upset with my general dentist for even referring me here!

Then they said, "No. It's not an emergency." I got my appointment scheduled and waited. When I arrived, I fully expected to have the procedure performed. Instead, I saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes where he recommended I schedule ANOTHER appointment to have the work done that my dentist's office clearly told them to do already. This is nothing short of a billing game to charge $89 for an unnecessary visit and a complete waste of time. This is a clear example of why medical costs are so high. I recommend taking your business to a provider that is interested in performing work for the fees they charge.

Luckily I called my dentist who prescribed my something I could take. * The office called 2 days before my appointment to see if I could come in at 10:30am instead of 2:00pm, which I did. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes past my appointment time before being called back. * I don't have any positive comments about this facility. Definitely will never go back!

So I have always had this massive fear of going to the dentist, and because of that my teeth have suffered. Coming here, I was wary. But the staff from the moment I walked in, to the day I got my teeth pulled, were absolutely amazing. Courteous and friendly, informative, and fairly attentive. I needed 3 wisdom teeth and two busted ones removed, and they helped me figure out cost options (to which we settled on the Care Credit with NO interest for 18 months). Maria, who helped us with the cost options even stayed 30 minutes after close to help us find a reasonable payment plan. And it worked! She was EXTREMELY friendly. Today I had the teeth taken out. They showed the utmost care for my well being during the process, helped me relax, and explained everything about the after care. Dr. Thevenin was pleasant, warm, welcoming, and funny. 100% WOULD recommend seeing him. The Dental Assistant Shanice was wonderful. She greeted us every time she saw us even if she wasn't directly helping us at the time. Her calm and up beat demeanor was probably what helped me stay calm during the procedures. Thank you Shanice! The doctor seems very savvy and knowledgeable, and is willing to offer good care suggestions and answer all my questions.
