Unfortunately, COVID was surging during that time, so we decided to downsize to a microwedding. We continued to work with the majority of our vendors including REB6Studios. Our experience with Sig and his team was exceptional and the final product will be cherished for a lifetime. When we changed venues and significantly reduced our guest list, Sig was very understanding and accommodating given our situation. We mainly communicated via email and he was always responsive, helpful, and professional. We booked REB6Studios for our wedding because after watching their films you can tell they have everything you'd want in a wedding video: all the emotional and fun moments captured with amazing cinematography, perfect music and tearjerking storytelling. We received our wedding video earlier than expected and it blew us away. All the shots were beautiful, carefully put together with many details weaved into the film. REB6Studios even incorporated audio from the speeches, and the bride and groom letter readings from before the ceremony. They included many heartfelt stories from our night, such as the emotional moments mentioned in those speeches and letters. The best part is they perfectly balanced the happy and emotional moments, also including the extra fun scenes like the reception dance performances, money dance, and dance floor footage! The video overall made my wife and I cry (in a good way!) because we got to relive all the amazing emotions. After sharing our video on social media, so many people have told us how it made them cry as well. Additionally, Sig and Mariane were super professional, experienced, friendly and easy to be with! LI recently had an excellent experience with San Francisco Bay Computer Services. My daughter's…read moreMacBook Air (15-inch, M2, 2023) had a cracked screen and water damage. The screen had lines and would black out, making the laptop unusable. When I took it to the Apple Store, I was quoted $1,100 just to send it in for diagnosis, or $1,400 for a new laptop. I contacted two other repair shops, but they didn't handle Macs or water damage. Thankfully, I found San Francisco Bay Computer Services. They quoted me $467 for the repair, which included a screen with the Apple logo. I paid a 50% deposit, and they ordered the part, which arrived in just one day. I dropped off the laptop in the morning and picked it up the same day--fully repaired and working perfectly! They also provided a 30-day warranty on labor and assured me the parts have a manufacturer warranty. To top it off, I received a 20% discount on labor for my next visit (not that I hope to need it anytime soon!). Ed was responsive on the phone and texted me when laptop was ready for pickup. Their professionalism, efficiency, and fair pricing make them stand out. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of computer repairs, especially for Macs!

This man saved our band, and is one of the most genuine, helpful, and impressive small business owners I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Every step of the rental transaction was well-planned, thoughtful and absolutely positive. We rented a mixer/interface and an additional 8 channel board, and he knew his gear and its capabilities inside and out, promptly confirming via email what exactly I'd be renting, plus useful links to download drivers and manuals. Pickup was a breeze, and he spent plenty of time explaining the workings of the machine so that even technologically challenged me felt confident in the gear. As things went wrong during my setup process, as was bound to occur, Tony made himself quite available for phone questions, pointing me in the right direction until all was running flawlessly.
