Still no comments from front desk lady. Instead we decided to wait in the car until the appointment. Definitely need improvement in customer service as front desk is the first point of customer contact. I stayed calm as I understand that we are still in a pandemic and everyone is still adjusting to life at home and at the work place. Hopefully the office will include customer friendliness as a training in the future.

I was never given an estimate nor was I was ever told it was a possibility to not work at all. After the 2nd surgery, I knew immediately it didn't work. Attempting to get anyone to follow up with me was next to impossible. When I got the first bill, I called and the billing contact I spoke to advise the bill would be cleared. I have since received another bill that I responded to with a letter to the owner and office manager, that has yet to be responded too. I do not recommend this office for any services.

I had braces as a teen and my son was in need of them as well. The staff is uber friendly and cheery. The facility is nice and clean. The cost for the braces are a lot lower than what I was expecting for the NOVA area. Dr. Rosenberg uses different types of braces. My son has the In-Ovation R I think that is what they are called. They are metal and do not require rubber bands around each bracket. They will place bands around the bracket if your child would like for it to be colorful. My son has fewer appointments with his braces than the standard braces which means I save time and money from taking off from work. I am sure my son hates that he won't miss as much school as he thought he would! My son didn't even realize that they had placed his top and bottom full braces in under an hour. He thought they were fooling around with his teeth for measurements or something along those lines. When they made the chair sit up and told him to look at his mouth, he was shocked to see a mouthful of metal. LOL Great orthodontist, friendly staff, innovative braces, and reasonable cost! I visited 2 other orthodontists and they were in no way, shape, or fashion like Dr. Rosenberg or his staff. He has 2 practices so check him out. Funny and very intelligent. I like it when medical professionals come off that way and not seem to have a god like complex. Even if it is not very close to you, it doesn't matter if you only go there every so many months. Do you know when you walk into a medical facility, spa, or salon and you get that feeling that this is the place you want to use? That is what I felt.

First, Dr. Khurana and her team developed and implemented a treatment plan for my 4 year old son who needed extensive dental work. We probably consulted with five dentists and she was the only one that offered a plan we felt comfortable with. She talked us through everything before and after the procedure which took place in a hospital setting under anesthesia, making us feel like our son was extremely well cared for in this unsettling situation. Their hospital coordinator Britnee was also fantastic to work with and helped answer numerous questions we had. Separately, Dr Nirali and her assistant Jordan have performed two fillings for my seven year old daughter. They are so incredibly good with kids and skilled at what they do that my daughter actually said getting fillings there was FUN and she didn't experience any pain on either occasion. When I told her she would be all done fillings after the second visit she was DISAPPOINTED. That is not a thing! I really can't say enough good things about this dental practice. If you have kids, and especially if they are apprehensive about dental procedures, take them here.

My middle son was also referred to Sporting Smiles for braces. Since I had another claim pending in my dental insurance, (wisdom teeth from a couple weeks prior), they also advised the 'possibility' of this (difference) of cost change. I understood it perfectly and was so glad they advised this info. Not many places will take the time to tell you about the "what if's". Some places don't even give you pricing until you're done with a procedure. Tom's made sure I knew exactly what was going on. Let me talk about Susana. She really touched my heart. Funny, sometimes, how God puts people in places. We had the best conversations while I was there. She's a good person with a big heart. Michelle, my endodontist, was amazing. She spoke in a calming voice where I felt like I was in a meditation class instead of an endodontist office! She was very sincere and calming. She spoke so gently while working, I honestly wasn't even tense while in the chair with her instruments buzzing around. Usually, I'm stiff as a board! **5 stars and 3 Cheers to these wonderful women of Dentistry. I cannot recommend them enough! On 4/26/24 I was made to feel less than because I had to wait an additional week before paying the rest of my bill. Her comments were unprofessional and demeaning. If I had my way, she would not be customer facing with her better than everyone attitude. I hope Dr. Tom reads this because employees like her are why patients leave a business.
