They scheduled me for today March 25th which is the only day off I have from work I might add (tuesdays), and I drove an hour and a half to get to my appointment only to be told again that they wouldnt see me simply because I didnt confirm my appointment verbally with them. I thought I confirmed my appointment when I called and was forcefully rescheduled for today? Even more infuriating is the fact that I literally called last thursday to confirm my appointment date with them which was another verbal confirmation that I provided. But because I didnt answer their call the day before (because I work a 10 hr shift at a call center) they cancel my appointment that Ive been waiting three weeks for? What is the purpose of even having an appointment if you're not going to honor it? Needless to say, I won't be wasting my time coming back if this is how they treat their patients. Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a dental office and its quite obvious they only care about lining their pockets with this type of practice because after sharing my experience several others I know had similar experiences with this company. Too bad too because I was prepared to drop a few grand on some badly needed dental implants but I absolutely will not be giving my hard earned money to people who are that inconsiderate. I hope they have the day they deserve because frankly I'm tired of being polite.

When in the Dentist was wonderful and helped me through the process of getting a new top plate. I…read moreonly have 10 teeth on my bottom and wanted then to pull them and get a bottom plate. The dentist assured me he could save those 10 teeth and make a partial bottom plate. I turned out to do that and was VERY happy with the results. I did have to have one tooth pulled on the bottom that left me with 10. I never once felt pain of discomfort. the whole experience was awesome. I returned in 6 months to a check up and for the first time in my life I have no issues with my teeth, upper plate, and bottom partial.
