I didn't want to post anything negative and if you see my posts history, I only like to post positive things about a business but my friends said I need to post so it doesn't happen to someone else. When I call, I can't get a call back. This has happened more than once. Recently I was put on a few medications and I noticed some side effects so I googled it and saw that u should not be on both. Just one of the medications did the job. I asked my new doctor about it and she agreed that I shouldn't have been on both. The message I left previous to Dr Dysart was stating I don't think I should be on both of them and no one had called me back. They just don't care anymore. I hope they read this and take this to heart.

I had a different doctor at Kaiser, and at one point had an urgent care issue and ended up in her office. Switched to her being my primary immediately after. Because she only works limited days in my area, Kaiser kept switching me to different doctors, but I always switch back. Unlike most primary care doctors, she's actually thorough. I've had doctors that would immediately pawn me off on a specialist as soon as I mention a particular body part or symptom. Specialists are well and good, but actually having a thorough discussion with a generalist is important too.
