I'm usually on the hunt for perfumes, Sand + Fog fragrance oils, body butters, and goodies for my Yorkies, and I can always count on finding something I didn't know I needed! The store is consistently clean, well organized, and the checkout lines move quickly, which I really appreciate. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I also want to give a special thank you to Brandon, the store manager. During one of my visits, a candle unexpectedly broke near me, and he immediately came over with kindness and reassurance, making what could have been an embarrassing moment feel like no big deal. That level of professionalism and genuine customer service really stood out to me. Great customer service is one of the reasons I continue coming back. Keep up the great work!

They have a great return policy, keep your receipts! And try to make it in within 30days. There is no shortage of tactical clothing that will make work in the field a lot easier. The selection of clothing is for male and female, and the clothing is very well made, too. Plus, there is a nice selection of boots in the back for both sexes. What I thought was unique was the caps that featured a Velcro loop circle on the front, and you could buy a variety of different patches with Velcro on the back in order to place on the cap you choose. This way you can buy one hat and several interchangeable patches. Pretty nifty! A plus is that they also sell Black Rifle Coffee! WooHoo! The people on the sales floor were happy and helpful, too. They seemed to like their job, which equates to a good company in my opinion. So, all you FBI, police, fire, EMT, and other peeps like that, what are you waiting for? The assistant manager immediately said no you cannot, it's been monogrammed. I did not know or nothing was said that if monogrammed in the small tag you cannot return. Because the lady that helped me when purchasing didn't mentioned it. I do remember seeing the green paper with the monogram design draft to get the tag monogram said Final Sale but wasn't told anything at all. "Hey this is going to be Final Sale"or something should have mentioned it to me in person. Anyways, when purchasing from this store yes they're nice and sweet but not sure if they so desperate for commission when they sell stuff and don't mention anything the customer should know. I parked where she told me to park and I was able to walk straight to it! Thus saved me a lot of time because I was on a schedule. I was reading as I walked in the door and advised her I need to get some batteries for my Michael Kors watches. She proceeded to tell me that it would take 10 minutes and it only took about 6 to 7 minutes. I was at the door and on my way! I come here to replace My watch battery very often. The battery replacement warranty is six months but you shouldn't have to replace your battery for a couple years.

I can go on and on about all the one of a kind items they have and most likely if you don't pick up the items you look at when you see them, they wont have them when you return and you miss you. (all of us have done this before and it sucks, am I right?) If you are looking for pieces for you desk space, they have stationary and journals, sometimes planners.
