I was looking for a size 13 in dress shoes and asked if she could help me locate a pair. She responded by saying, "I mean I would have to scan every single shoe." Since I understood that finding the size might take some effort, I replied, "Awesome, I'll start bringing you shoes." From that point on, it felt as though my request was viewed as an inconvenience rather than a normal customer service interaction. Each time I approached her and her coworker with shoes to scan, their conversations would stop, their smiles would disappear, and their body language made me feel like I was interrupting or bothering them. As a customer, that made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I understand that checking inventory can be time-consuming, but helping customers locate the right size is a basic part of the shopping experience. I was surprised by the attitude, especially from someone in a supervisory role, where professionalism and customer service should set the example for the rest of the team. I hope this feedback is helpful, as I believe every customer should feel welcomed and treated with respect when asking for assistance.

He was "forced" step aside so we could get by due to some rearranging of shelving. He gave a very audible "HUFF" as if he was terribly inconvenienced. This behavior was so rude, I almost made the decision to not spend my money in the store. Once we made our selection, we got in line. The area of socks, sneaker balls, etc., that is next to the line was pretty messy. "Allen" stormed around the store and walked by this area and said very loudly, "What the hell happened here?" I understand it is the Holidays and people can be difficult and stores can be messy from lazy shoppers but the need to maintain professionalism is necessary, considering Allen's lanyard said, 10 Years of Service.

We also went in today. The only thing I don't really like is the WALL. The concept is cool but juggling a phone to take a pic of the bar code and not being able to reach the shoes higher up. Not a fun way to shop honestly. I had my 6'2 teen with me but still had to have him scan because my hands were full. You need 2 hands to scan. I get the niche coolness of the scan but not realistic. As far as the selection, actually really good! They had Jordans of all, Yeezys a lot and multiples of and great T's! They also have a rare glassed in section that's just fun to look at. I bought a pair of shoes I went home that night a decided that didn't want it anymore. So not even 24 hours later, I went back. I happen to see the cashier that had sold me the shoe originally. She tells me she can't do a full refund, only exchange because it's worn. I told her "No, it's not worn. I want a refund, not an exchange." So, she flips the shoe over and says, "I would not have sold it to you like this, this is damaged. We can't accept this." Insisting I did not wear the shoe, I kept demanding for a refund. I told her that I don't want an exchange, there's nothing wrong with the shoe. I probably argued with the cashier for 5 minutes. She calls for a her manager on the phone and they say the same thing. The manager never even came out to see the merchandise. Finally I took the shoe back and went some where else, but there was so way I was backing down. I finally came back a asked for a corporate number to file a complaint. Told the operator this exact story. So they sent my complaint to the district manager of this store. A day after, they sent an email, apologizing and told me to come back to the store to the return the shoes to a manager on duty. When I came back to the store, I never even got an apology. Just a pathetic 10% coupon that I denied right away. They wasted my time over a $20 shoe and losing my business completely. I had to come back twice on different days, wasting my gas. Clearly these idiots don't know the difference between a worn shoe and an unworn shoe. There is no way I'm ever coming back, and I urge you to do the same. Tell all your friends and family!

This store opened in the Parks mall in Arlington about 2 weeks ago. My mom said she went with my…read morebrother and was impressed, so she wanted to go back with me to check it out. The entrance is really cool. It's red and circular and really does make you feel like you're entering a palace. It's very bright inside and clean. I like how they have the names of the brands of shoes they carry on the walls so finding what your looking for is easy. We were greeted and someone immediately tried to see if I needed help finding anything. I was not planning on buying anything, but fell in love with a pair of white Nikes with scattered leopard print. As I asked for assistance, the sweet girl who helped me made small talk and was very kind. She even provided socks because I did not have any so I could try on the shoe. As we checked out, the cashier mentioned a sale of a buy one get one shirts on the two racks in the back. It was nice that we were informed of that since we were only looking at shoes. They do not just carry shoes, but some clothing as well. I saw some pretty cool shirts for both guys and girls and crazy printed socks. They have infant size shoes as well!
