We were the only customers in the store, so it was clearly directed at us. I couldn't believe an employee would say something like that. It was extremely unprofessional and made us very uncomfortable. We will not be returning.

Ann Taylor Factory Store remains my favorite budget retailer to buy professional business attire…read more Though I prefer the overall experience of shopping at the North Georgia Premium Outlets, the Ann Taylor down here at the Tanger Outlets in Locust Grove is superior to the one in Dawsonville. This location is much larger, especially its sale and clearance section, and they seem to stock a wider variety of styles and sizes. The selection here also seems to focus more on suits, dresses, jackets and the like, which I appreciate. Though the sales associates are overly chipper and fake nice, they are very efficient and comb the store regularly to offer to start fitting rooms for you or hold merchandise by the registers. If you sign up for their emails, you'll be notified when they have special savings events where the entire store is 50% off, and you'll also get coupons every now and then for an additional 15% off your entire purchase. All of these reasons make this spot worth the drive from Atlanta when I need to replenish my work attire.
