I have been in here a lot, and always loved it. Customer service has always been great until today. I came in June 15th around 3:00-3:30 and was not acknowledged when I came into the store. The sales associate who was working at the time did not speak to my sister or I. She was on her phone the entire time I was shopping, I had to start my own fitting room, and received no help. I hope this changes next time I am shopping there. read more

The new management at the FAB'rik Peachtree City Georgia has been such a Great Change I will only shop here for my clothes. The selection is Amazing and I come out of the store every time spending way to much but so HAPPY !! The staff are so helpful the moment I step into the door. They have such cute fresh styles. Staff is soooo helpful. They offer complimentary adult beverages while you shop. The sales rack is the best. In store is Better than the website. Sign up for a shopping party....best thing you can do with 10 gals...drink some wine and try on clothes! read more

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Not only is the staff very very cold and unfriendly, but, after returning two items that had both tags attached today, after 10 days, they would not give me an in store credit/ gift card to use at a later time. The staff and store manager/ owner demanded that I exchange my items today and get something equal or lesser of the value of my returned items. Since when is that the policy? What happened to 30 days for a return to receive in store credit? What a rip off. read more

I walked in, expecting to find something I love. I was walking around and looking when a worker said hi to me. I didn't hear her so i just kept looking. Then I turn around and she was just staring at me, not saying anything or offering to help. So I started to turn around when I heard the employee say "what is her problem, watch this." After I heard that I walked away and started to walk out the door when he worker yelled and said " TRY TO HAVE A NICE DAY" and then laughed. I honestly liked the store up to now. If that's the people they are hiring, I don't want to be a part of it. read more

I've shopped at most of the other fab'rik locations in Georgia and this one is, by far, my favorite due to customer service. I come in during my lunch break on occasion and Ashley and Jamie always greet me with enthusiasm and with updates on new arrivals and sales/promotions. Pros: I come here for tops, dresses and denim (when they have a great sale). They carry great "designer" denim like DL1961 and Hudson Jeans. They offer very personalized styling and shopping. Cons: Tight parking lot with aggressive drivers and sizes are limited. I would consider myself a regular but that's only because they've earned my business. read more

I have been to several of these stores and always have very good customer service, but the one in Peachtree City is so far THE BEST! Rose, Hannah, Erica and the store manager Jamie truly make your shopping experience great! I have brought several of my friends into this store when they are looking for that certain outfit that you just can't seem to put together yourself sometimes because the people working there know what they are doing! Yikes, do you know how bad your customer service has to be for me to miss the indifferent to crass customer service I received in Boston? I've been here twice and plan on never returning again. The sales people seem far more preoccupied with gathering information to gossip about from customers than actually selling anything. The last time I was here a sales girl insulted me to my face, plainly telling me that something I hope to accomplish in my future was "stupid". I should have stopped the conversation before things had gotten to that point because the questions she asked me about my personal life were completely out of line and intrusive. It went to a whole other place though when my answers were thrown back at me as insults. I've never been treated this way by any sales person - whether I was shopping at CVS or Barneys NY. The clothes are reminiscent of Forever 21 and you'd probably be better served if you took your business and time to drive up to another mall. An overall completely unprofessional and underwhelming experience. read more
