I've been shopping here for years. I love Michael Kors purses, and especially love that I can get them at MUCH better prices at this outlet. Gio is the sweetest employee and he's so helpful. He's gotten to know my style over the years and he knows exactly what features I'm looking for, and even remembers which bags I already have. Today was no different. We stopped in for a new bag on the way to lunch for Mother's Day. Gio greeted me by name and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He knew the size bag I needed and which wallets I already had that I wanted to fit. He really goes out of the way to make you feel special and listen to what you need. Bait and Switch! Staff could care less about the customer. Came in and picked out a couple bags and while the sales associate was very nice and helpful even letting us know of a coupon we could use on any items today. The store tried over-charging us for a bag that was priced differently. The bag had an actual Michael Kors tag at $428.00 they kept ringing it up at $558 claiming it was a "price increase" but that's not what the tag said. Then they brought some sort of plain white price tag out from the back of the store with the "new" price. It wasn't even a Michael Kors tag, just a white piece of paper. Keep in mind the original tag was still attached to the bag, then when the manager agreed to honor the price on the tag the cashier rang us up and we were handing her money to pay another "supervisor" comes up to her and tells her not to honor the coupon we were offered at the store! The transaction was already rung up, the coupon applied to the purchase, and bag already wrapped up and was just waiting for the payment! Needless to say we walked out and as we did I approached the actual store manager and let her know "Hey, you just approved the price override for the tag price and now the "supervisor" won't honor the coupon that was already applied to the transaction. The sales associate said I could use it and it worked fine on the register. If it's not supposed work for certain things, you're responsible for communicating this better and not tell the customer it will work and give the item price with the coupon applied. It's false advertising" she just said have a good day. I Felt deceived and like I just wasted an hour of my time. read more

I was on my way back from Vegas and stopped to buy a few bags for Christmas gifts. I always enjoy coming to the outlets and I have not been since precovid. Boy was I let down. The selection wasn't great. I overheard one of the workers saying that due to shipping issues that they have low stock. Understandable because all businesses are suffering from the same issue. But what I don't like is a bad attitude. I was standing at checkout for 15 minutes and there was only one cashier. I politely asked if they had someone else who could complete my transaction. I was rudely told by the manager that no, there were no more cashiers and that she's hiring. She kind of motioned that I could apply. I've never experienced a manager who acted so rudely! Yes, it was the end of the day and she was probably tired but as a manager i would expect a more professional reply. I definitely will not be going back to this particular store. On a side note, I did find 2 handbags that were cute. read more

Michael Kors is one of my favorite designers and I'm so glad we decided to stop at the outlets on the way back from Vegas. Huge Labor Day weekend sales all over but 70% off most of the store and clearance items an additional 20% off so couldn't pass it up. read more

Called for an exchange and the sales rep Miranda was GREAT!!!!! I drove a long way to get the purse and even in person she was GREAT!!!! Just a genuinely nice beautiful person inside and out... The purchase was fast everyone was nice even the manager!!! Will definitely come again, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!!! And the selection was awesome!!!! read more

On the way back from Vegas my best friend and I decided to stop in just to take a look. It's a decent sized store with quite a few employees. Anyone who was working was more than accommodating and friendly. I shopped around a bit and was approached by Selena who was more than helpful. There were to bags that I'd fallen in love with and couldn't pick between the two. I asked Selena for her opinion and she even able to give me pricing with tax included. My best friend decided on a bag and color. Being myself I was still undecided studs or no studs? As Selena got busy with another customer I asked another associate for help (I wish I could remember her name). After breaking down the price, size, and colors I had made a decision. Granted I spent more than I had in mind, but I left with an early Christmas gift for myself. Five stars for the selection of bags, pricing, and customer service. Went here with my daughter after work to get Christmas presents. Our sales associate was Jennifer and she was super friendly and extremely helpful. Not only did she help me find stuff in my budget for all 5 of our girls for Christmas she showed me matching wallets that were on clearance for $25! Extremely happy with all the gifts I got plus the purse and wallet I bought myself. Thank you Jennifer for being a rock star!! While on our way to Las Vegas we stopped at the outlet stores here. The only place my wife wanted to shop at was Michael Kors. My wife found that this store has a very attentive and helpful staff. Keep in mind this is an upscale brand with prices that match. When we were there there was a lot of traffic in and out of the store. She bought two purses and a wallet. One of those items was half off. She was pleased with the large selection and the prices they offered. When we got to Las Vegas my wife noticed an imperfection. They do not sell seconds, so on our way back home, we stopped by again. She brought the purse up to them and they buffed it out to her satisfaction. read more

Store needs to stay open until 7pm. Not 7:54. Associates are rude. The associates inside the store were just standing their looking at the customers trying to get in. I will not shop there anymore. They should go to class and get customer service skills. read more

Great store, friendly staff at first. When we asked for the 20% reduction they wouldn't give it to us and said the coupons that are valid for all of 2017 (another nine months) did not apply any more! They did not tell us about promotions either, even though I asked. Remember to visit the information centre first - great service and help there! read more

There are way too many staff working there. I went there recently since I live in fort irwin just to check it out and they follow you around and it's very uncomfortable. Staff there seem very rude. . The staffs who helped us on the sales floor were super helpful;however, the cashiers just completely turned my shopping experience into a bad one. I can never imagine a cashier ignoring the guest who is talking to them while paying, and the girl who was able to check people out with the scanner just skipped us and ask the person behind us ( we were in line waiting to checkout, and we were supposed to be the next). When I was asking for reason I was told to calm down, and she told me" well the other person can help you now." Yes, retail industry is going through the busiest season specially black Friday weekend, but that should never be the reason to have such terrible attitude towards costumers. read more

I normally do not do reviews, but I specifically made a yelp account because I was very uncomfortable with the experience in this store. I was shopping for my wife for her birthday last week while shopping I was followed around the entire store as if the sales associate were security and I was stealing I have never experienced this before. I'm not sure if it was a manager or who she was, but she told one of the of the girls to watch me like I was stealing. I asked one of the cashiers what was her name I believe they said Nickole I can't remember, but she is heavier than the other ladies. I didn't purchase anything because of this I left and went to coach a few doors down. This is not customer service you should not make the customers feel uncomfortable while they shop or follow them around the entire store. It is not a good representation. read more
