I did not know this until now LOL. After a few tries of different styles of shoes, I ended up with a soon to be discontinued 880 model in women's wide size. I ended up going to a closer location to me, which was still an hour away, to do the exchange in person. I have asked for a store manager to call me back regarding this problem and after 5 days I did get a call back. It was a short talk and they didn't deny the bag was swamped out but mentioned it could have been done accidentally not intentionally. Since I was on a quick work break I didn't want to prolong the talk and I kept it cordial but I dont 100% believe it and intentional or not, ithe carelessness did cause me an unnecessary inconvenience.
