It had a few of the stores we were interested in such as Coach, Lululemon, Nike Factory and Abercrombie and Fitch, Vera Bradley, Kate Spade. There is a food court with seating as well as food truck court (didn't look open on that Monday). We did find some merchandise not seen in other stores and some good deals. Save up all of my Brooks Brothers gift cards from my Brooks Brothers Mastercard and combine it with store discount or Simon Mall discount book to save serious cash. The staff is welcoming and friendly and they support St. Jude Children Hospital which I love to help everyone we shop here as well as other establishments supporting St. Jude. Always a pleasant visit and combining all the discounts and gift cards, I got 6 shirts which normally would have been $298.00 to just $78.00. Their non iron all cotton shirts are perfect for travel and great as you wash and wear, no ironing :). Great selections for him or her, great for those who work in business or even casual. Upon entering, he opted to talk to a sales rep right away to avoid searching the racks and get to right what he was looking for. Unfortunately, they didn't have the black color he was wanting in the style he loved, but we got two other slacks instead that looked great! He's 44 x 32, so he wanted to make sure he was flattering from all angles. The fitting rooms were clean and spacious, and their are chairs provided for you while you wait. There was a promotion going on when we went that allowed the pricing to be significantly cut, which gave more bang to the buck we dished out. Overall, a very tidy, well kept store that really has great attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

This is a wonderful store to begin with, and it was made even better by the experience I was given…read morethanks to the amazing salesperson who made me (and - from what I saw - every customer who came in during the half hour I was there) feel like I had my own personal shopper. The store is impeccably cleaned, stocked well, and has a nearly perfect layout. The selection is excellent, and they even offer the complimentary service of shipping an item to your home if the location is out of stock but the item is available elsewhere. The quality of every item I tried on was exceptional. Even if it weren't for the Saleperson being so wonderful I would have upsold myself (speaking of, every upsell attempt was done professionally and subtly, with not one ounce of pressure and only for items I showed interest in). What sold me to keep shopping after I tried on the first item was that the fit and look of items on smaller-built customers was the same fit and look I had as a larger gent. Even with all that awesome, the service I received is what I appreciated most. I purposefully pull a Julia Roberts in 'Pretty Woman' dressed down thing when I go shopping so I can make sure I don't give my money to businesses who negatively profile shoppers. I received the exact same welcome as shoppers who were dressed more in line with the items Johnston & Murphy carries. I also never felt "plus size judgment", and even benefited from the Saleperson's keen eye: she could tell at a glance what my size was and what would fit me well. I felt welcomed and respected at every point throughout my shopping experience. Clearly, I am a fan and hope people will stop in when they visit The Outlets or check out their local J&M store.
