We have always driven by the outlets on our way to the Midwest. This time we decided to stop by on our way home. It has a funky layout with plenty of parking. It had a few of the stores we were interested in such as Coach, Lululemon, Nike Factory and Abercrombie and Fitch, Vera Bradley, Kate Spade. There is a food court with seating as well as food truck court (didn't look open on that Monday). We did find some merchandise not seen in other stores and some good deals. Service was friendly and efficient. It was a nice break. read more

The layout is pretty easy to navigate. And parking is ample... this is one of the outlets I've visited where I felt like parking was not a nightmare. We visited the day after Christmas so there were still several sales happening. No matter who you're shopping for, you're guaranteed to find something for them. read more

I didn't find anything overly extraordinary about this outlet center. It was a good place to walk around and kill time before we checked into our hotel, but nothing really stood out. The Boss store, Coach, and Jockey were a few of the better stores we were interested in. We noticed that a lot of the stores had overly pricey items to be an outlet. I did notice they had several food trucks and a food court. Wasn't interested in either. Maybe I'm comparing this center to ones closer to my home, but I wouldn't make it a priority to stop by again. read more

So many great stores to choose from- with great discounts! Especially the clearance sections usually have an extra percentage off. Much better idea to come during the week there was plenty of parking. We came back on a Saturday and it was super packed. Also steer clear of the food court- it's run down and the food options are terrible. If you're hungry stick to something simple like auntie Anne's or go somewhere else to eat. I got a chicken Solvacki from the Greek place and it was gross I threw it out. read more

We had an excellent time taking a spur-of-the-moment road trip up here on an overcast day. I had passed this several times and had been intrigued, but didn't quite know what to expect. We immediately noticed the vast selection of stores, many of them being major designer brands. Coach, Michael Kors, Lucky, Puma, Vera Bradley, etc. Obviously, my other half was thrilled. Grounds were clean and well-kept. We were here for five hours and were never short of things to see or stores to visit. Prices were excellent in many of the stores, but were high in others. That said, know your prices. We got some great deals. We never felt overcrowded, despite lots of patrons being around. Lunch at the Barley Creek Tasting Room and Pub was the highlight. Happy with the shops. Went today and we were absolutely horrified at the condition of the bathrooms. They were open. The doors were unlocked but the water was shut off so every single toilet was packed to the very top with piles of toilet paper and big piles of poop. No running water as the water was shut off. The smell was horrible. So do yourselves a favor and just lock the bathroom doors instead of creating a health hazard. Why would you do this? I'll bet if someone calls the Board of Health you will have issues on your hands. Don't do this half ass. Leave the bathrooms in a useable state and if not just lock the doors! Two thumbs down! Our local outlet store source an hour from home. This particular location in Tannersville, PA is always packed with shoppers, especially those across the eastern border because of no sales tax here. There are a variety of stores. Great free parking lots in all directions. A few spearing places, especially the newly opened BIG CHICKEN on lower lot by Shaquille. The location parallels the main artery, Route 80 and easy access on/off the highway to the outlets. read more

I love these outlets, there is something for everyone and it's outdoors so there's space to move around. There are food options, my pick would be the barley creek tasting room, but there's food trucks Dunkin' etc. I also appreciate most stores have a teacher discount. I don't love the fact yesterday there was construction going on and fresh tar on the road/sidewalk with no signs (didn't ruin my shoes!) but otherwise, great spot to shop. read more

Went there several times and tonight for an evening stroll. It is a nice outlet where you can walk outside (on a second thought, not sure how cold it gets during the winter) and enjoy. There's a great selection of stores, many have good deals but not everything is outlet prices. There's also several food trucks (we love food trucks!) and an outside chess board for kids btw 1-108 yrs to enjoy. Nice relaxed atmosphere. read more

The Crossings is our local outlet center. It's definitely worth checking out if you're coming to visit us out here in the Poconos. The locals seem to enjoy it as well. As locals we like to visit during the week when it's quiet, but the weekends are great if you are into having more peeps around and want to check out the food trucks that are there. The Crossings have all the typical outlet mall stores that you'd expect to see at an outlet mall plus some cool food/candy stores, two winery stores with tastings and beer and spirits tasting. They have events from time to time on the premises (check their website). It's a great place to walk around on a summer afternoon. My family is there often because we're local and we always find something to buy and eat :) read more

The last time I visited the Book Warehouse was a complete disappointment. I asked a woman who was behind the counter for help and rather than helping me she raised her hand to me without saying anything. She didn't turn around or answer my question. Frustrated, I found another person who helped me with my question. I told her that the other person was rude and unprofessional. She said "yup, she does that alot". I asked who the manager was and she told me it was the person behind the counter who was too busy to help me. The employee who did help me was clearly unhappy there. When I brought my selection to the counter, the manager was still there, and again too busy to help. I waited for a couple of minutes and eventually the other employee saw me standing there and came over to ring up my purchase. I decided not to buy the books and left the store. read more

i am disappointed with the level of customer service st the Ralph Lauren Polo outlet store in Tannersviile, PA and zi experienced similar poor customer service previously at the Polo Outlet in Tinton Falls, NJ. i purchased a mens shirt which is tagged as size large but is actually small. i called the outlet i Tannersville for a return label as it is a 100 mile round trip. the store msnager gave me a lot of resistance snd did not accomodate me. read more

OK outlet store mall. I wasn't impressed with a lot of the inventory or the prices. The merchandise was meh and the prices were still pretty high. We spent three or four hours here and bought nothing. It was fun perusing but overall I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again. read more

100s store.. not great offers.. lack of proper food court. This outlet has a background of lush greenery, which makes it really beautiful. we drove 60 miles from NJ to here. On the way, there is a point that claims, scenic beauty and there is an exit for that. But I did not find it very useful, except few wooden picnic tables. Coming to this outlet, parking can be full at times so you can park behind the stores too. Almost every big brand is here but what I found in Premium outlets, how much they offer. If it's same as online and Malls, then no point of coming here. Right? I did not find a store with offers that great. It was normal 20-30% offer thing. Normally Tommy has a clearance section, I did not find it too. They were selling a sweater at 50 %, which is the same in winter. What's the point? Other stores have good stocks. We did shopping in Kate Spade, van Heusen, Fossil, Banana Republic, Gap, Adidas, Nike, MK, CK, Tommy, Aero and many more. I did not find Puma here though. Overall is good but I know premium outlets which have great sale throughout the year and I ll go there for my shopping. The map you can find in the Food court, where their Reception Sits. This premium outlet is organized in a good way Food court- nope, they only have 3-4 options in their small food court, that too with bad Chinese. They need to renovate this thing. How come one big mall has tons of outlet in their food court, but here only 3-4 outlets. read more

Please remember this shopping area is outside and if it's a scorching hot day the heat can be grueling. The only store that upset me was Movado. They wanted to do temperate checks on a 96 degree day outside my forehead read 104 and they were flipping out. I've just walked the whole outlet in the sun. Only visited a few stores there: Crocs, make a buddy, Levi's, Nike and chocolate works. The playground was closed on a Sunday 6 pm. We got some good deal at Nike. 20% off entire purchase if you have their app. Kids had fun at Crocs picking out shoe charms. They are $4.99 each but buy 3 get one free, and buy more then get more discounts etc. Levi's didn't provide much size selection on shorts. Make a buddy is like a generic build a bear. Quality looks good. Not like they are asymmetric of deformed. Price is reasonable under $20, costume not included. Chocolate works was a novelty candy store. Price was definitely higher if you compare to online stores but it was fun to walk around. There are Johnny Rocket's and Dunkin' Donuts Of course there is a food court close to Chocolate works. Overall good shopping experience. Plenty of parking. Place seems clean. Down escalator was out of order. read more

I am actually not entirely sure what makes a good outlet experience. Maybe the number of stores? They say there is 100 here, but I didn't verify that count! The variety of stores? As usual for these places, most seem to be clothing. There are a few odd stores, like the beef jerky store, a couple of breweries / wineries that have a presence here. Other amenities? There is some food available, but not a lot. If there is a usable map somewhere, I could not find it. The interactive map they have on their website or app wasn't built for mobile in mind. This alone would be a huge improvement on the overall experience. Parking seems generous. So, overall, it seems like a solid place to visit if you are in the area or if the trek is reasonable from wherever you live. read more

We come here annually whenever we come up to the Poconos. The one star was removed because of the games they play with coupons. Some places will give you coupons to other stores, but then when you try to redeem, there's all these terms and conditions. Either give the coupon without strings attached, or don't even bother. It's really annoying. Also, not too sure why they open so late when everyone else is parked in the parking lot, literally waiting for stores to open. I understand it's only October, but why keep customers waiting? They have a good amount of stores with a good variety of things for everyone. Hubby got some nice clothes he needed for work, so he really lucked out with all the deals going on. I actually got nice boots at Bass that actually zip up my thick calves; it's not easy finding something cute and something that is good quality. Yay Bass! I wouldn't come here to eat or even get anything from the Dunkin' Donuts; just shop and go home. read more

The Crossings Premium Outlets was the best place I've ever shopped, and has the best shopping deals around. As a runner I go through countless Northface running shoes. I was able to find top quality running shoes at the Northface outlet for a mere $90 when they usually go for $130. Not only that, there was also an additional 50% off, so I able to snag $45 running shoes that come with a lifetime warranty. The deal was so good I bought three pairs. Other things I noticed was how cheap American Eagle, Nautica, and Guess were. I was also able to find a $12 pair of jeans at Timberland. Whether you're looking for something to do in the Poconos Mountains, or do some heavy shopping, The Crossings is the place for you. read more

Overall, if you aren't a shopaholic, this plaza serves its purpose. They have something for all ages but it's hot as hell in the summer. There's no shade for you to hide under, just go inside the Food Court and melt lols. Shops that I recommend: - Eddie Bauer Outlet - Polo Ralph Lauren - Nike - Adidas I mean what I mentioned above are tailored to me and my family's preferences. For some, you might really like the shops that sell kitchen appliances. But I was going on a cruise, didn't think about bringing bulky items on board. Drinks aren't cheap, so bring an empty water bottle and get it refilled at the stations outside the washrooms. Food, we all love food right? I mean my whole blog is dedicated to food. Unfortunately outlets don't offer the best rest and dine experience. My parents are Asian and don't really like Western Food (unless it's amazing). We simply chose to order 2 classic Chinese dishes from "The Wok". Their portions are decently-sized and from these pictures, you can tell there's a lot of sauce. Probably lots of MSG too since it wasn't bland. It's honestly mediocre, similar to the food you would order from "Manchu Wok". Some might find the noodles a little oily, but you can't really complain about Food Court dishes. read more

True rating: 3.5. These outlets are just okay to me. The layout is a little weird. I feel like you have to walk through a maze to hit every store you want to. It's advertised that they have around 100 stores, and I do like the selection. Some stores I liked today include Loft, Yankee Candle and Ann Taylor. I was excited to check out the chocolate store after seeing it advertised, but its really expensive. Only three chocolate covered Oreos cost me $5 which is crazy. However, Yankee Candle made up for it with $10 large candles - score! J. Crew is unusually small with a really small selection. Bummer. I do enjoy coming here when I'm in the Poconos, but it's nothing something that I would go really far out of my way for. read more

Love coming to this outlet! There's plenty of my fav shopping stores like The North Face, Loft, Ann Taylor, Abercrombie & Finch, Famous Footwear, sketchers, and more. I suggest arriving early for parking. This place can get busy especially around the weekends and holidays. Many tourists comes here. I tried checking in through yelp and claiming the savings passport at the concierge but was told that they don't honor/Work with yelp check-in. Luckily, I have my employee ID at an university so was able to get the savings coupon. If you have triple A, military ID or teacher, present your ID and you'll get it too. I was told that if you download the Simon app on your smartphone, you can get the coupon codes through the app and the stores will honor it just the same. There's several restrooms and family room. The food court is small with limited seatings and I wouldn't recommend eating here because of the limited food options unless if you're really hungry and want to grab a pretzel to go. Benches and seatings available outdoors throughout the outlet. Yes, it's a strip mall so winter can be a bit cold to be outdoors going from store to store but hey, shop for a winter coat while you're out there or bundle up and happy shopping! read more

I came here for the first time yesterday, August 27. It is the closest mall to me as I live in N.J. The outlet has a lot of stores, but a strange layout. Because of the layout, I may have missed a few stores. I specifically came to shop for handbags. I found a Coach, Michael Kors and Kate Spade, but was disappointed that they did not have Dooney & Burke. My rating is not based on the lack of a Dooney Store, but more so on the very filthy bathrooms. Both bathrooms that I went to smelled like urine and there was feces on the floor and paper strewn all over. This was at 10:30 am so the outlet wasn't opened long. Seems as if maybe it had not been cleaned for days. It was really disgusting. The food court looked grungy so I wouldn't eat there. Since it was Monday morning, there were less crowds, but by 2:00, it was filling up. I left by then. I'll probably return on a weekday again, but I will make sure not to drink water and I'll pack my own lunch. read more

I never knew these outlets even existed until I went away for the weekend with my hubby. I google searched outlets nearby and it popped up so we gave it a try. I am happy we stopped here the Nike outlet had so many great sales we saved a couple hundred . We also stopped at the Adidas outlet store but their deals weren't that good. Another store that was having some great sales was the u ser armour store we saved money here too. The beef jerky store also had a deal going so we stopped in there to get a few bags of spicy jerky . We stopped in the cheese cake store too and shared a slice of delicious cheesecake. I think I like these outlets better then the ones in Lancaster, Pa I will definitely be back here in the future. read more
