If you're lucky there's three and 10 people in line behind them plus people sitting on the couches waiting to go in to see other to get other services it's very frustrating but I feel like for the amount we pay in fees higher another teller or have other people in there who can jump on to help out when the line has more than four or five customers waiting. This has been an incredibly stressful identity theft situation, and instead of receiving clear support, I feel like I've been given the runaround. Despite reporting the issue and providing all the information I have, the process has been slow, confusing, and frustrating. I expected a much higher level of urgency and protection when it comes to fraud and identity theft, especially from a major bank. At this point, I'm left dealing with the impact on my credit and spending a lot of time trying to get something corrected that I didn't create in the first place. I hope the bank improves how it handles serious fraud cases and treats affected customers with more urgency and accountability.

I went in and talked to Scott and he actually cared unlike the Carthage branch workers. He took time to open up a new account for me and tried to get me a line of credit while my money in my account was tied up. He put thru to the fraud department a 48 hour hardship so I got my money back in around 3 days. Scott really went above and beyond to try to help me, the little guy. I will forever be grateful as I was very upset and stressed cause I had no other money to live on while the fraud team investigated.
