She was too scared to sit by herself so since my pedicure had already started, I asked if she could stay with me until mine was done and I would sit with her for her nails after. Let me add it was a Tuesday afternoon and there was only one other person in the place and several techs were napping in pedicure chairs. The woman (back right middle chair with gray stripe in her hair) who was set to do her nails refused to wait and actually said out loud she wasn't going to do them. She had an attitude from the beginning and made it clear it wasn't worth her time to do my daughter's nails. When I realized how big of a stink she was making, and my daughter was almost crying because of it, I decided it would be best for me to just leave. When I got up out of my chair I was asked by the woman who had just started my nails "what my problem was." I would not recommend this place to anyone. What is the purpose of taking/making an appointment that you aren't going to honor?
