HOA has a 58% owner renter ratio, very high, almost impossible to loan, major lender couldn't perform & within a moments notice, taking a quick moment to change in a phone booth (Superman reference there), I was on a conference call w/Michael & Buyer troubleshooting. To make a long story short (not minimalizing Michael's performance which included, but not limited to -constant follow-ups w/Agents both listing & myself, Buyers, HOA, his Team, constant pushing, etc.), Michael took names & kicked a$$ in a big way.
