My older two have always done great but my little one has been apprehensive. Today we went for cleanings and the hygienist (really wish I remembered her name) was so sweet and patient with my youngest. She literally sang her a song during her cleaning. At the end of the appointment my little one was happy and so proud of herself. What a relief! Dr. Kwon always does a thorough check at the end and gives helps suggestions for at-home care. Me and my kids love it there, we highly recommend it. Thank you! Side note: we had to reschedule a few weeks back, it was last minute, morning of, and they were completely understanding & did not charge any fees.

Open, bright, clean, spacious, plenty of charging ports, TVs that update you on the status of your loved one. Multiple bathrooms. No complaints about the waiting area. The staff were all amazing. From Diana who did my registration paperwork to the nurses (Jennifer, TRICIA, and Wanda), to the nurse anesthetist (Maria) to the anesthetist (Dr. Lay) - everyone made me feel SO COMFORTABLE. I've also been the breast center and the women's center this year. I was in and out of both appointments really quickly. I truly can't say enough about the outpatient surgery process, though. The entire time I sat in the waiting room, the majority of the staff congregated around the front desk carrying on, laughing, and playing on their phones. The ENTIRE time. I wondered what they were hired to do considering this is what they did the entire time I was there. This is what they are being paid to do. The family member said the back rooms were dirty including the tools. They used a mirror to look at his teeth that was covered in crust. These are tools that are placed near and inside of patients' mouths. How does this dentistry nothing wrong with that? After my family member was finished, he was told to remain in the waiting room, and someone would be right out with paperwork. After 20 minutes of waiting, he went to the desk to ask about it. The girl at the desk apologized to him, said the paperwork had been sitting there with her, and she didn't say anything because she thought he was still in the back. I typically do not leave reviews, but this was a very unacceptable visit. Considering the fact that the back rooms are dirty and they use dirty tools, people need to be made aware of this beforehand. I see there are some 5-star reviews. I wonder if those individuals left a review for the wrong dentistry or if the reviews are fake to increase the rating.
