Proactively wrote prescription for mouth rinse (for dry mouth or thrush) that might be needed due to chemo reaction. Fortunately, I only needed the over the counter alternative he also recommended, Biotene. Staff seems to remember every detail about people and their issues -- caring, lovely, helpful. Is it possible to actually look forward to going to the dentist? Dr Stern has created a dental oasis. In my experience, accepts dental insurance reimbursement as payment in full. Others charge hundreds more and quality not even as good.

He first explained the procedure in detail and paused to ask if I had any questions at each juncture of his explanation. The procedure itself last exactly an hour, which is the time he told me it would take. I felt no pain whatsoever at any time! After the procedure he explained the results, what I needed to do as a follow-up and that he would do a brief review of the results in six months. I believe I was in good hands with Dr. Rajaeian. But today after I arrived 12 minutes late for my most recent appointment, I was told I'd have to reschedule because I was outside the 10-minute grace period. I hope anyone but the receptionist would have made an exception, but that's the face of the business and that's who I had to deal with. Unfortunately she was neither sympathetic nor polite. If you expect grace from your customers in the face of unexpected cancellations, then you should be willing to give actual grace in return. I'll be looking for another dentist.

I was constantly going to their office with cavities and crowns appointments. But doctor Rozanov was a breath of fresh air. He took the time to discuss how to be proactive in order avoid having cavities and other issues in the future - he discussed my diet (what to avoid eating or drinking), how to best floss and how often, and what mouth washes are effective and which aren't and how often to use it, and carefully analyzed my bite and what needs to be fixed to avoid teeth hitting the wrong way that would cause problems in the future. He fixed all the bad dental work that I had done before at other dentists. He is so incredibly thorough, he explains what's going on and what options exist to solve the issue, and pros and cons of each option, and what he recommends to do and why. Also, some dentists have a very rough touch, it's uncomfortable when they do the work, they press so hard, but doctor Rozanov has a gentle touch, very light and you can barely feel anything. I've been going to doctor Rozanov for many years now. I don't have cavities now, I fixed my bite and spend less money on dental work annually since I carefully follow his proactive recommendations and since he evaluates me twice a year and takes x-rays.
