I told the hair dresser to trim them I went across the mall to grab a few things while my 12 hear old was getting the haircut. I returned and my daughter was standing waiting for me outside the salon in tears. The hair dresser took her long curtain bangs and butchered them. They were above her eyebrows!!!! I talked to many stylist who said it couldn't be done, but Jess heard my desperate plea on "Where do I find" and contacted me. She asked a ton of questions, then offered to help me. it took several hours and different processes, but at the end of it all I am THRILLED, and best of all, my hair is in as good, if not BETTER condition now than it was before. He then proceeded to tell me that he didn't want me as a client & that I was a complainer & would be a difficult client to deal with. At that point he asked me to leave & enjoy my free haircut!! Seriously!!! I have never experienced this in my life all b/c I said the back was too short. Yes, he has 30 years experience but my goodness all b/c I said the back was too short & I get kicked out.
