When talking about neurotoxins, she gave me the rundown of what she has (all of them), how some people prefer one type over the other, what she uses on herself, etc. Once we decided, then it was about how much and we took a moderate approach, as you can always get more if needed, but you can't really undo it if it's too much. After 2 weeks, I called for a follow-up appointment, as a couple areas needed a little touch up. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! But, before I left, I was able to get a quick and inexpensive quote for some milia diathermy, which I will schedule after my vacation. The doctor did treatment. So far it is working but we are still waiting for the prescription. Upon contacting the pharmacy and the doctor office, I was informed that there is no record of this in the system. Despite following up, I have yet to receive a resolution. Most concerningly, I was told that we might need to wait until following week when the staff returns to the Agoura Hills office. When I pointed out that this requires a five-day wait for necessary medication, the response I received was that will ask the doctor when he is not busy with a patient. Delaying a treatment by nearly a week and no call back regarding the prescription.
