Very upset with this med spa. I had an appointment with Evie, the esthetician, and when I got the confirmation text to confirm, the receptionist told me there will be $150 cancellation fee within 24 hours. The day before the appointment I called to confirm again and I was informed that my appointment was not actually scheduled with Evie and that there is new owners and Evie did not even work there anymore and that the facial would be have been double the price of what I booked for. The receptionist knew this when she informed me of the $150 cancellation fee and told me this information less than 24 hours before my appointment. In addition to this experience, my mom had a complimentary facial from having a referral, and they would not honor the complimentary facial. The staff here is very untrustworthy and DO NOT recommend this med spa. read more

Laser Tattoo Removal Rating: I couldn't be more disgusted and unsettled by this unprofessional and unqualified facility for tattoo removal. I have had nearly 15 tattoo removal sessions over 10 years and multiple areas of my body. This was the final session prior to my artist being able to finish my cover up. I spoke in depth that I have no problem having extra sessions and that keeping the skin in good condition and staying away from scaring from this session since I plan on having it covered up. After all of this- with only coming to this facility ONE TIME- this incompetent fraud who clearly isn't qualified burnt through my skin in multiple areas. I then for the first and only time over ten years of tattoo removal- in addition to small areas that are discolored from his improper use of his laser where he burnt through my skin- I now have scar tissue over the area he did which is raised and in sunlight has that ugly stencil scar look to it. I couldn't be more disgusted by this doctor and the fact I spent several Years finishing this project without a single incident any other laser removal location- on my first visit this person just wrecked a tattoo sleeve given this scarring is permanent. Additionally, the color pigment in the areas he burnt through are red and won't be able to be fixed and the scar tissue he created with the areas that has a raised skin scar will always look like this even if I tried to have it covered up. This was on my first and last visit to have a very expensive sleeve covered up and the fact this occurred is so insulting and lack of actual experience. This person is not qualified to do laser removal and I do not recommend going here. read more

I had a great laser hair removal session at Prime Body Sculpting. The office is beautiful, clean, and very spacious allowing plenty of room for social distancing. I loved being able to fill my forms online before my appointment and all I needed to do when I walked in was get my temperature checked. The receptionist was courteous and kind- I was offered water which I thought was so thoughtful! While I was waiting another staff member walked by and also asked me if I needed any water- this shows how much this establishment cares about their clients! My appointment was with Monica and she is a gem! We chatted about my treatment goals and she explained every step of the process. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She uses a top of the line laser and ultrasonic gel that doesn't zap your skin- the laser hair removal process honestly felt painless! The worst experience of my life. I got laser done here and they burned off my flesh. The lady who was doing the laser was very nonchalant and lied about being on the lowest level. DO NOT GO HERE. They canceled my appointment because they knew their mistake with me would be a giant liability. So. I bought a Groupon for 4 therma lift face lifts, made my first appointment and went in. Perhaps I should have been suspicious when the receptionist was also my technician. The procedure felt good, warm and pulsating, at the end she mentioned, "Oh, you have a little redness, it will go away." When she took my after photo my cheeks were not in the shot. When I got home I saw a lot of redness. It looked like broken capillaries. The entire side of my left cheek was red. Okay, I thought, it will fade. A week later I was due for my next appointment, but I still had considerable redness, so obviously I didn't want another session. I called and left a message and sent an email explaining why I wasn't coming in. I also asked for a refund. It's almost two weeks later and no one has attempted to contact me. A little redness still remains. But the reason I'm so dissatisfied is no one attempted to contact me. The customer service was awful, and the "lift" left me with redness that has yet to completely disappear. read more

I was very disappointed in this establishment. I went in for lipo sculpt treatments and almost all my appointments had some sort of a problem. They were either canceled, some sort of scheduling conflict, or one of the machines were broken. I didn't get any good results which makes me think that because I wasn't getting the full treatments that may have affected the outcome. I drove in to my last visit just to have it canceled with no warning because the machine was broken. The technician apologized and said she would call me later that day to reschedule (again) which she never did. It takes me an hour of driving time to go there and back which was such a waste of time. The communication and organization of this place is definitely lacking and it was very disappointing. read more
