I just changed State Farm agents, because when I had an issue recently, I visited the office and from behind his three foot wall, Jeff spoke to me and my fiance rudely and condescendingly. Rather than inviting me to sit down to talk about my situation (issue in my basement) and my policy, he was dismissive and unhelpful. Just the fact that he kept me and the Hoff standing there while he was hiding behind his wall told me he didn't want to deal with me. He seemed angry with me that I hadn't sat down with him earlier to talk about my policies, and when I explained that I work a lot, he made some sort of comment about being available in the evening to meet with me. When I said I sometimes taught until 10pm, he seemed incredulous. So, at a moment when he could have been being helpful, he was scolding me for not having found time in my schedule to sit down with him - even though I had come in to renew my policies with one of his employees and had an extended conversation with her at this time (by the way, she's a wonderful, friendly person, and I think she knows her "boss" is not customer-friendly). I do not recommend this office.

We have always found Jeff to be nothing but friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about all the products and services his office has to offer. We were so impressed with Jeff that we changed all of our policies (auto, home, renter's, life insurance) over to State Farm, under his care. We are continually impressed by his excellent service.
