With no regard for my health, they called me 3 times the night before my appointment to reschedule, because the staff needed for my test wouldn't be at the location where my appointment was... really? They scheduled the appointment in a location that couldn't do the test? This past Wednesday, I left work early for my appointment (originally scheduled in December), and you guessed it - they asked to reschedule AGAIN! I was already at the facility, they had already taken my payment, and I was sitting in the Women's Health waiting room when they told me the necessary staff wasn't there! My scan is not 4 months overdue! Furthermore, their communication system is excessive, and I've been bombarded with text messages, voicemails, and emails - all are impersonal and redundant. I'm done with them. Please NEVER use Lenox Hill -Go elsewhere for your scans and tests. Your health is worth driving the extra miles to a better facility.
