This was my first visit to this location, and I came in for an HSG X-ray. Since the test needed to…read morebe done within a specific timeframe, I was glad that making the appointment and getting in during that window was fairly easy. Before the appointment, I was given clear instructions about what time to arrive, what medications I could and couldn't take beforehand, and what I needed to bring with me. I was also able to upload a copy of my prescription/referral ahead of time and was set up with a patient portal, which made the whole process feel pretty organized. Check-in was easy, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and I didn't have to wait long past my appointment time. The waiting room and facility were clean, modern, and well maintained, and there was enough privacy while changing and getting ready for the test. The technologist explained what was going to happen beforehand and was friendly, patient, and professional throughout. The test itself was mildly uncomfortable, but they helped make it much more bearable and a lot less awkward than it could have been. I never felt rushed, and any questions I had were answered. The imaging process felt organized and efficient, and I felt like everyone knew what they were doing. The radiologist also went over the results with me during the visit and explained that they would be sent to my doctor as well, which I appreciated. I had no issues with insurance, paperwork, parking, or finding the office, and check-out was easy as well. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely use this location again and recommend it to others.

Standard Practice for urgent or semi-urgent diagnostic evaluations require radiologist turnaround times well under 48 hours. I do need to state that I had been to an emergency room and followed up with an orthopedic MD. It was the ortho MD who ordered the MRI.I called Zwanger-Pesiri on August 21st and appointment was scheduled on August 24, 2026 at 10:15 am. The intake person sent paperwork that needed to be completed prior to testing. Sent to them with the reason the test was needed. MRI was done 8/24 10:15 am, results were reviewed by the radiologist 8/31 8:24 pm. The results showed a fracture at T7 thoracic spine. Waiting a full week for the results left me in continued pain and a potential to make the situation worse. The fault is totally with the owners, they have vague signage at the facility and on website stating there may be a delay with results. This is deliberate on the owners part. Why not post if there is a suspected acute fracture our turnaround time is one week. Would that immediately alert the potential patient to go elsewhere ? I find it interesting that I can't post this review on their website. They have an evaluation form only. The website shows positive customer reviews. I should not have been forced to use a Yelp review to educate others to be on alert. In all fairness I did call Zwanger-Peseri and spoke to Susan who did apologize for the delay. This is not acceptable practice.

Her warmth, humanity, professionalism, and expertise truly shined through. Do not expect a similar scenario at Massapequa Imaging; my wife's doctor suspects pneumonia, and ordered an X-ray. My wife had it done at Massapequa imaging Tuesday, mid-day. Thursday afternoon she called to find out where the results were, and was told no one had read them yet. My wife, while still coughing, managed to ask when her doctor could expect the results. Massapequa Imaging said they wound 'red flag' it. Which meant yet another 24 hours. That conversation took place 24 hours ago; still no results. We tried calling three times, but no one had the decency to answer. Our doctor called, but her call was not taken either. Massapequa Imaging dies not do their job; irresponsible and unprofessional are words that apply. Making an elderly woman with pneumonia symptoms just wait and cough. Massapequa Imaging responds to all of their bad reviews the same way: 'Sorry!' Saying sorry does not help one bit. It is not a professional response. Instead of sorry, how about just doing your job? It's just shameful.

Now I will say it was kind of weird walking through a mall to go have a mammogram. However the clinic itself looked like a high end medispa. From the waiting room filled with refreshments to the pretty pink robes you wear during your exam. However the best part about this place is the STAFF. Hands down the best! Mind you this was a scary process for me. After my repeat mammogram it was deemed I did needed a biopsy. Well I lost it. I broke down and was completely scared I had the "big C". The staff was so empathetic. They literally circled me and comforted me. One shared her personal scare with me and told me what to expect . Another reached out to clinic that would do biopsy to give the warm hand off. The tech herself gave me a hug and told me I would be OK. I am a very reserved person when it comes to my feelings but in that moment I was alone and scared and each one of those ladies were a girls girl. I hope they read this review and know I am appreciative for the support they gave me that day. And if any of you are curious....thankfully I am ok it was just a scare.

From the friendly receptionists right when you walk in those doors & the security team who locks up your belongings while you're in surgery to the nurses- lots of nurses- they were all very sweet, caring just simply great and my doctor- Dr. Gilbert- an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in hand & upper extremity surgery- he is truly amazing. Not to mention, they literally waste no time- I was on the bed, hooked up to an IV within minutes, waited a little while, anesthesia kicked in, the last thing I remember was being in the OR & woke up in the recovery room. The PACU nurse made sure I was OK, gave me graham crackers & water, and even helped me get dressed. I was indeed well taken care of at this Hospital.

I have gone to AFC in East Rockway multiple times and was always pleased. The last time I went in…read moreMarch for a cold, possible infection, they tested me and the next day called me and said I had a regular cold. Two days later I called and told them my symptoms were worse and I think I needed an antibiotic. They told me that I needed to wait 10 days. I called back the next day and explained to them that I believed I had an infection based on the color and the amount of nasal discharge I was experiencing. I felt worse, despite using the netipot and over the counter cold meds. Again, I was told I needed to wait 10 days. I was so frustrated that I called an ENT in Melville and they took me immediately. I had a raging sinus infection and my right eardrum was very inflamed blocking it from opening and causing me muffled hearing. I was put on prednisone and an antibiotic. When the issue didn't resolve, I went to the ER at NYU Langone and they said everything was still very inflamed in the ear. They put me on another antibiotic and sent me to their team in Garden City. That ENT gave me steroid for the ear, told me to continue the antibiotic and has seen me several times to manage my blocked ear. It is now 9 weeks later and I still have Eustachian Tube Dysfunction. This all could have been avoided if that initial doctor at AFC would have let me come back each time (twice) I called to have them look at me again. A simple cold turned into a raging infection that has now left me with ETD. I will never go to another AFC. I knew something was wrong, but this doctor thought he knew better than me without re-checking me. I don't understand it, it was my dime. So unprofessional!
