The universe is looking out for me, because it gave me craig brown. Not only is he caring and compassionate, but within a few sessions he helped me understand things about myself that I didn't even know! It wasn't a "oh you have this, and just believe me" situation. We spoke, worked through years of experiences and I came to AHA moments, at which point craig would compassionately smile, which led to YEARS of weights just being lifted off of my shoulders and soul immediately. I have had two sessions with Rosara, and she's been helpful so far. Rosara told us after our first session that we will be receiving the receipts so we can run them through our insurance companies. I have not received the receipts so I followed up by calling her office twice. Every time I was told by the lady who answered the phone that they would be sent to my email address, but it has been a week, and I still have not received them. This is getting increasingly frustrating as I just don't understand why a simple matter like this can take so long. They should hire more/more capable staff to handle these issues, in my opinion.

The man took me into the bathroom, pulled down my pants and fondled me. It's something which affected me greatly and to a degree, still does to this day. When I disclosed this intimate, grossly-illegal and awkward part of my life to Mr. Friedin, he laughed at me and said "haha, that was nothing." Imagine being a teenager, divulging something so personal and embarrassing and being laughed at and condescended for it. Aside from his arrogance and utter lack of true empathy for those who go to see him, Mr. Friedin's advice was only the same, or slightly better than that of a good friend. A friend's advice is free though while Mr. Friedin's is more costly, in more ways than one. Needless to say a person doesn't go to see a psychologist to be laughed at, mocked and made to feel worse than before they came. If you're looking for someone to laugh at you, act unprofessionally, inundate you with an incessant fake smile and condescend you when you reveal intimate details of your life, then by all means Mr. Friedin is your man. Otherwise avoid this man and choose one of the many other more compassionate therapists available to you.
