I like his old office much better, But that is just my judgement and has no bearing on the service provided at all. The staff there are great and when Initially called for an appointment they fit me in the same day which was fantastic. I would highly recommend Dr Cyran to anyone looking for a great primary care physician.

And in a day and age when people get payed more to stay home rather than work I do not complain about the small stuff. Overall this doctor, in my opinion is the best on Long Island and I consider myself and my family blessed to be a patient of his.

When I made the amount, the medical assistant on the phone told me that when I arrive for the appt., park the car, stay in the car and call the office so they know you have arrived & have your phone number. The medical assistant called back after 10 minutes and told me that I could go to the office. There were 3 chairs outside Dr. Layne's office. The chairs were socially distance from one another. The assistant came out of the office & told me to sign in & then she took my temperature which was 98.6. I return to my chair. The wait was about 20 minutes and I was called to go into the examination room followed by Dr. Layne. She wrote down the required information that I gave her. I was weighed & examined by the doctor. She told me that I had irritable bowl syndrome & that I was to keep a 6 week dairy of everything that I ate. She told me the food & beverages that I could not eat or drink. Dr. Layne sent me up to the Northwell Labs for blood work. I was relieved that I finally had taken action & I was in the hands of Dr. Layne who was calm and I definitely feel that both she and I will put an end to my misery.

Always caring, courteous, respectful and most of all beyond smart and knowledgable. With a huge medical history and probably one of the thickest files in her office, she's taken care of all of my needs. And then even despite odds, monitored my high risk pregnancy to perfect conclusion years later. With frequent visits during my pregnancy, I ended up seeing many of the other Doctors in her office as well, Nodelman, Ventimiglia, and Levine whom even delivered my son. They are the best and allow nothing, but the best care. They make you feel like a part of their family and give you that extra special care. Even if they find you healthy in their area of specialty's, but not others outside the gyno world, they go above and beyond to find other specialized doctors to get you the help you need. They truly care, which is hard to find. They even find things outside of their realm that your primaries don't. I'd never go anywhere else.

I spoke to Suzanne his nurse, who is always professional and friendly. She guided me through the virtual office instructions and I was able to see my doctor the next morning. Suzanne is a tremendous asset to this office. She is a welcoming and friendly voice to all their patients. The office is located in Syosset NY. I would highly recommend the very caring Dr Cyran as your primary physician and the wonderful staff who are so supportive.

I'm reviewing here because I've been to the Syosset office too and I didn't see an option to review the PJS office. Let me start by saying both Dr. Horlick and Dr. Carvallo are excellent, thorough doctors. During a routine scan Dr. Horlick found pre-cancerous cells I didn't even know I had that could have been big trouble down the line but are now no big deal. But this review is as much for the office staff as for the doctors. Both my wife and children have had dermatologists that even in an emergency it seems like you can't get into the office for two weeks. The first time I ever called the office (my father is a longtime patient and recommended Dr. Horlick) I was able to get an appointment for the same day for a rash I had, even though the had never seen me before. When I thought I was having an allergic reaction to the medication he saw me again, same day that I called. The office staff could not be more accommodating... the times when I've needed an emergency appointment they've accommodated me same day every single time. The doctors are great. The staff is even better. I'd give them ten stars if I could.
