Dr Sullivan did a spinal adjustment and a his wife, Renata gave a wonderful Ayurvedic massage. Felt blissed out afterward. Totally worth it.

I heard about Molly from a long time client of hers who absolutely raved about her. I have a massage therapist whom I frequent, but am always up for something new. Molly offers tui na, which is my preferred style, so I went for it. When I got there, she handed me an intake form. Then she asked me if I had ever had a massage before. I said yes. She went down the list of different types of massage asking if I had had each of them. I said yes to all but Thai. Then she said she was asking because I gave her a look like, "Why are you giving me this paper?" I wasn't feeling that, but okay... Then she tells me that she gets tui na from someone down the street and I should try it, not that she's trying to send me away. ... Then I don't get tui na. I get a combination of different styles. Now the massage itself is great. Molly certainly is skilled and knows her stuff. She has organic cotton sheets. She asks about allergies beforehand to make sure there aren't any problems. She mixes her own oils - all good stuff. And she talks almost the entire time. Some of the time she's asking you to breathe and release. The rest of the time, she's asking questions, sharing stories, and telling jokes. She said "Inhale, and relax on the exhale.... Aw, you didn't relax at all!" Well, Molly, it's kind of hard when you keep taking me out of it by talking to me. She's right. I did have a hard time relaxing. I felt pressured to relax and judged for not relaxing. It was an odd experience. Molly did a ritual at the end that she didn't ask my permission to do in advance, nor was it in a description of services. I was very uncomfortable with that as I don't just allow anyone into my psychic space. She talks a lot about Hawaii, elders, and her traditions. Maybe because her business name says "indigenous" she felt it was understood. Clearly, we didn't click, but you may. Molly does have a good skill set. She knows her way around a massage table.

She gave me a tour of the facility, which included studio rooms for yoga, barre, Pilates, etc. Afterward, she offered tea and spoke to me about the various options I had for my prenatal massage. She was extremely knowledgeable and was attentive to my needs. I scheduled a 60-min massage, and I think I fell asleep at least twice lol. She was very accommodating, giving me pillows for support. I was interested in acupressure, and she mixed my massage with some of that. Overall, I felt so amazing and relaxed. If I didn't have an event to attend afterward, I would have gone back to my hotel and slept the rest of the day lol. After the massage, she gave me a few tips for acupressure techniques I can do at home based on any discomforts I had. She also educated me on pressure points not to do, as they can induce early labor. Whitney was absolutely stellar. I loved her positive vibes, and if I'm ever back in town, I will certainly schedule an appointment with her again. If you're in town and need a massage, definitely consider Four Seasons Harmony.

Wanting to avoid the "fluff" of chain massage spas which have been lackluster experiences in the past, I had been searching for something more authentic, thoughtful, and no frills - just knowledgeable staff and services that reflect. This. Is. IT. I consider a massage to be a luxury at this point in my life, although I fully see the need in them in practicing well-rounded, holistic wellness and self-care routines. But financially, they're more of a splurge right now. Anyway, my experience was worth every penny and I consider Boketto to be very reasonable especially given the high equality of services and massage. Today I had a 90 minute massage with Nicole, LMT. It was without question, the best massage I've ever received. It was apparent in the first few minutes that Nicole not only understood massage, but also was well educated on the anatomy of the human body in a way that felt very precise. I never felt uncomfortable, and rather, was able to fully relax and feel cared for in a way that made the aching shoulder that brought me in, about completely disappear. I could go for days - the storefront, the locally sourced products, range of services, lovely staff, and focus on overall wellness was just refreshing. Highly, highly recommend. Check out their website for all their offerings. I can't wait to return! Big thanks, Boketto!

Before I had my baby she recommended some resources which I have since gifted to expecting moms because they were so good and helpful. I think the biggest thing Hannah provided was confidence with breastfeeding, sleep and night and naps and created a no judgement zone but respected what was important to me and I think helped my husband and I get on the same page in regards to different ideals that I had. In my opinion working with Hannah as your postpartum doula is one of the best decisions you can make for your postpartum self and family!

With my first, despite support from grandparents and my husband, my self-care was pretty lacking. I muddled through but once I came out the other side and really understood what the fourth trimester was like, I promised myself that next time I'd do things differently. Hannah's time with me was the push I needed to actually do those self-care things. She helped me prepare baths and steams, brought me teas and infusions, was my partner in stretching and yoga, and went on slow healing walks with me. When mastitis struck in the third week, Hannah was there with advice, support, and remedies. With her help, I was able to reverse the infection quickly. While I was a second time mom, Hannah still introduced me to many new forms of postnatal care and was a wonderful sounding board and source of wisdom. In addition to being knowledgeable, punctual, and proactive, Hannah is warm, understanding, and good-humored. I thoroughly enjoyed having her in my home and looked forward to her help each week. I wholeheartedly recommend her as a postpartum doula.
