When calling to make an appointment, it's as if you are inviting yourself over for coffee and a chat, not a neck or back adjustment. They have this way making one feel as if they are part of that office. I've never had to wait to be seen. In fact, I've called a couple of times while in town and at the last minute called to see if they could fit me in while I was close by... They've always said 'Come on in... We'll see you when you get here.' With a regular adjustment I'm in and out within about ten minutes. Dr Lowman doesn't push extra treatments on people.
