The customer service is terrible I've called multiple times and each time have been answered with a rude tone/attitude or not answered at all. I decided at that point that grass and I were not friends. A year ago I went camping and we stayed next to a big grassy field, and I had another pretty major allergy attack. At that point I decided I wanted to try to work my way around my grass allergies. Six months ago I went to Denver Valley Asthema and Allergy and had an assessment, and they verified what I already knew, I am extremely allergic to grass pollen. We discussed the options, and I started allergy shots. A little over six months later (when I reached the end of my allergy shot ramp up and hit the maintenance dose) we were looking to buy a house, and we found one with basically everything on our checklist, but also a grassy yard. While I was worried about grass allergies, I figured a landscaper isn't a huge expense, but not something I wanted to deal with if I didn't have to. Here we are, three new-home lawn mowing experiences later, and I successfully finished the latest mowing experience without any protection at all, and with only the slightest tingling in my nose. This is an incredible hurdle to have passed. Thank you so much Denver Valley Asthma and Allergy!

If you at all, have a busy schedule or value your time do not go here. I have two boys, obviously…read morevery busy getting them to school mornings, I was five minutes outside their "15 minute late" window this morning to my very first appointment. And literally, they said nope. The doctor won't see you. Her schedule is just "too busy" for the rest of the day you have to come back another time. Mind you it took 2 months to get this appointment in the first place. I love how they treat HER schedule as so important and so efficient that she can't run 5 to 15 minutes behind (or just shorten my appointment. I was fine w that). But MY time is so worthless that I could just drive back another day. Like I don't have other things to do. For the record doc. I'm a mom and a real estate investor. So My time is LITERARLLY and figuratively WORTH MORE than your time. So sick of Doctors still having this God complex like they're so important. And the rest of us are just little minions there to overpay for 15 minutes of their time. And let's be honest. If I was on time, but the doctor was running 30 minutes late, they just make you sit there and wait. I am so sick of this double standard. That we are just there to serve them and they are not here to serve us. Being a doctor is a business like any other. They should remember that. But I will say I am smiling as I drive away now, (oh yeah, I wrote this in the parking lot because apparently I had all this extra time for the appointment I didn't have ;) lol I'm smiling because I can't wait that within five years AI it's gonna take their jobs. Let's be honest when you're an allergy testing doctor, you can literally be replaced by an AI checklist of symptoms and a blood test. So go ahead. Be rude to everybody and treat them like your time is so important and they can just be pushed around. When you're unemployed in five years, you'll have plenty of time to work on yourself in therapy. See. AI is a Good thing all around! ;)

He lies a lot to justify his high charges like 2 visits though there's only one and even faked on visit notes after I told him that he didn't exam my son at all just talked. He asked us to do 2 rounds of blood tests but still no clue about what to do next when I asked. Not only the doctor is the worst ever seen, the doctor office is worst ever as well. After talked with the doctor office for 3 days about the referral mentioning my son is suffering from daily headaches, I finally got a message from the office manager saying that the visit happened in August 15th, and I have to see another provider in the office for the referral only after the first provider charged me $660 without being able to do anything. That provider is expected to give us this referral during the visit if he has any knowledge about headaches. He delayed the diagnosis because of his incapability, charged us very high without any help. Now he even wouldn't write the referral after we know what type of specialist to see after 2nd opinion with a headache specialist. The only thing they care about is making as much as money from you but without providing any results. This is the worst ever experience not only from a doctor, but from any doctor office. I will contact related attorneys to see how this can be handled. The doctor and the office has caused long delays of the diagnosis and suffering of my son. After 2 weeks I asked for records sent to 2nd opinion including talking to the officer manager or supervisor twice, they didn't do anything though they said they would work on them. Now it turns out not only the doctor lied a lot, but the office manager or supervisor too. What kind of practice it is?!!! A place robbing patient's money without any service?
