We ended up walking thru the store and finding all kinds of interesting beads. One daughter came to me to show me these magnetic beads and my other daughter at the same time brought me a magnetic bracelet and we all looked at each other intrigued with the possibilities. We asked Lydia the owner about the bracelet and offered for us to make it in the store. Lydia took both girls ages 8 & 9 years old thru the steps and the girls spent an hour and a half or a little more figuring out the beads they wanted to use, pattern and colors and actually beading the wire. Lydia was great. Very passionate and knowledgeable. Overall we were there over 2 hours between walking the store and picking and making our bracelets. Now fast forward and we just celebrated our daughter's 10th birthday and all 14 girls enjoyed themselves. They can't wait to go to school and show off their bracelets! Lydia and her assistant Lynn were great. Overall it went well and the parents were raving at the quality and beauty of the girls bracelets. We will be back to learn how to make other bracelet styles. We tried our hand at a Japanese art called suminagashi, floating ink on a watery solution, swirling & marbleizing it, then floating a plain silk scarf on top to which the color adheres. While we waited for them to line-dry outside, we sat on the little patio and sipped wine. There are several artisans associated with Boldacious, you can buy their products or attend a craft class. Several of us plan to go back in the fall to take knitting classes.

Not wanting to return to that location again, I stopped into the Framingham location while in the area. I don't know her name but the woman who did my return had a greenish blue tint in her hair and she was very sweet. I thought to check the Easter clearance before leaving and found 2 of the 3 items I actually did need, so I purchased those and hopefully I can find another next year. Everything worked out well thanks to the Framingham store!

I had received a $5.00 rewards voucher valid in store and online. I browsed products online and redeemed the voucher for a few items. I chose the in-store pick up option. When the order was ready for pickup, I received an email. On Tuesday morning, I headed into the store. Right by the cash registers, there was a huge Order Pickup sign and shelves with brown bags and names. I was able to locate my name easily. Of course, since I was already in the store, I walked around as well. I could spend hours browsing the store. All the aisles were fully stocked, labeled, and organized. I found some items on clearance and some other good finds. The cashier informed me that clearance sales are considered final and are not refundable for a refund or exchange. Michaels is your go-to place for some creative inspiration.
