Lori in Framing is an absolute gem! She was professional yet extremely personable and beyond knowledgeable about all aspects of framing. The best Customer Service with a genuine focus on the actual customer. Showed me all of my options; could have easily gone for the OTS frame but because of her excellent skills went instead with the custom framing. For people who work with kids, people who like to make handmade postcards/birthday cards like me.. this place is awesome. It's quite large just like any other Michael's you'll come across and it's actually very clean, well stocked and smells very nice inside. You could spend all day inside here and find all sorts of useful stuff and I love it. The prices are great (for the most part) and it's located in a good shopping area. They are great with giving out coupons too for everyday things which is great for those who coupon. Great place overall, plenty of parking and clean building. read more

Kayla in the Custom Framing Department is truly a gem to interact with. I had specific requirements and she showed me exactly what I needed and give me options as well. There is also something else I needed which was not on the shelf and she went in the back to search for it for me. She even climbed on a ladder help me find what I was looking for. She was friendly and patient and I would highly recommend the store because employees like her make it a great experience. read more

I went in one day to buy shirts for a sports team. I was kind of upset that they did not have an XXL in different colors other than black and white. I understand that they are hard to sell but at least having one or two would have been nice. I feel bad for the one guy that had to get a different color shirt. At checkout I tried to use a coupon on my phone and it did t work. Both my boyfriend and I said it was fine if it didn't go through and was ready to pay. The cashier was very kind and tried to get it to work but the manager was very rude. She kept yelling saying where did you get that online coupon and making a big deal of it. I could see her giving us attitude if we were yelling to use it but we were ok with it not working. read more

Stop by today, and was buying an artificial plant, asked the cashier to scan the tag so I could know the price, and she saw that was on sale with 90% of, the manager I think Linda was next, and got into the situation and told me she wouldn't sell it to me with that discount, I asked why if that was the price in the tag, she left without saying a word than called the cashier passing my shopping saying to don't sell the plant to me at all, when it was already in my shopping cart, the cashier was as much surprised as me, without knowing what to do, so so bad management and embarrassing situation I never went through before! read more

This is a great Michael's store! It is big, clean, and fully stocked with all Michael's goods. Parking is easy to find, and the store is clean. This is my "home" Michaels, now that I have found it and I know they will have what I need. Do not go to the one in Burlington, this one is awesome, trust me! read more

As a man that supports local and independent businesses, I'm a bit ashamed to admit that I I got to Micheal's to take advantage of their great prices on custom framing. The selection of frame stock and mattes is decent, the staff helpful and educated, and every piece I've ever had framed their comes back to me looking like a million bucks. Okay, another admission; I've given Ms Martha Stewart a few bucks, too. The inner craft maven in me gets excited seeing all the sparkly stuff. :-) read more

I'm always making quick trips to Michael's throughout the week. I'm so glad that they opened one down the street from me. I mostly like Michael's because in their weekly flyers they usually have 40%-50% off coupons.. which is amazing. I'm giving it five stars because they have always been there for me when I need emergency felt, balsa wood, or paint. I always end up spending more money than I'd like. If I forgot my coupons they would always give me the discount... but now they "aren't allowed" to do that anymore.. sooo I guess I'm going to have to remember them everytime. read more

Found a set of nested storage boxes and took it to the checkout only to discover that every item in the set was priced separately. The kit was actually three times as much as the price tag would lead the consumer to believe. Fortunately I was only buying one item, so I quickly noticed the kit being rung up in triplicate. A shopper with more items may have missed it. A tip: CHECK YOUR RECEIPT because Michaels stores products completely inside other products. read more

I have to say I am disappointed in the deceptive practices of the Chelmsford, MA store. Twice this week I have brought items to the register because there is a sign in front of the item saying x% off only to be told that item is not part of the sale. Then why is the sign hanging there you ask? I was told perhaps there was one sale item on the rack at one time but now it is sold. I expect more from Michaels. read more

Im writing in regards to the flower arranger, she is the most talented person I have ever met, not only does she do absolutly gorgeous pieces she puts her heart into it. I met her when she was at another location and was thrilled when she was relocated to Chelmsford. I lost my son and then my husband she is the most compassionate person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I dont even have to tell her what I want she knows automaticly.
