He put the system through a test run, we walked each zone to discuss my concerns and issues; and then he came up with a plan to make the irrigation system more effective and reliable. Miguel was very professional, efficient, organized, and very knowledgeable. As I watched Miguel make adjustments to some of the sprinkler heads, you can see the care, work quality, and caring attitude in his performance. Most recently Cass and Nathan were here to install a wireless rain detection device. While on site, they adjusted spray head coverage as we requested, and installed a special back-flow valve to prevent a downhill spray head from draining the uphill line into unwanted puddles. No Show and Lied…read more Back in March, I called the company's phone number to schedule a spring start-up service for my existing system--an easy job. The voicemail directed me to text the number for a faster response, which I did. In the text exchange that followed, I was scheduled for the service on May 1 between 8am and 12pm. The day arrives, and by 11am I had not heard anything, so I texted back just to confirm I was on the schedule. No response. I called the phone number, there was no answer, so I left a detailed voicemail. No response. I then followed up at 1:40pm with a screenshot of the text exchange from March when the service was scheduled. I then got a prompt reply re-confirming that I was still on the schedule for the day, and that he would check on the location of the technicians. I heard nothing further. Tried called again. No response. Texted again at 3:30pm asking for updates. No response. Texted again at 4:11pm. No response. Multiple additional phone calls went straight to voicemail. The company never showed. I had to make arrangements to work from home so this service could be performed. The appointment was confirmed over a month in advance and re-confirmed the day of the appointment. Now, I have to find another vendor, make alternate work arrangements again, and will be delayed in getting my lawn irrigated this season. This is a dishonest business practice. It is bad enough to fail to show for a job. But it was made worse by re-confirming the day of the appointment that it was still scheduled, still not showing, and then just ignoring communications by text and phone. There was no excuse for this. If there was some problem on the company's end that required the appointment to be re-scheduled, I would have been reasonable. But instead he just lied and wasted my time. I recommend you do not waste your time or money on this business. Screenshots attached as proof.

The people who do the work have to be smart to be able to troubleshoot very complex problems that arise when plastic plumbing and lots of electronic controls are all underground! But they also have to be able to work with their hands to build things, both out of plumbing and electrical hookups. And they have to understand the ever-changing product offerings. Typically I'll work with a sprinkler company as long as they have a very smart guy to do my work; then when they fall off, I start the search for another. I had a problem when I installed a Rachio controller myself; I didn't follow the advice to take a picture of the wiring of the old controller. Then I found that my old controller hadn't been wired conventionally, and I had a devil of a time trying to get it working. So I called my sprinkler guy, who worked all day on it and finally got one zone working. Just one, after working all day! I found Capital, and Dave Fullerton, from Angie's List. He came out, and in four hours had the whole thing working, found a troublesome leak in the system, and made a couple of repairs also. Compared with the average person in this business, he's a true Superman. I recommend that you call Capital for your irrigation system needs. Without reservation. You'll agree with me that this is the best irrigation system work you'll ever have done.
