No Show and Lied…read more Back in March, I called the company's phone number to schedule a spring start-up service for my existing system--an easy job. The voicemail directed me to text the number for a faster response, which I did. In the text exchange that followed, I was scheduled for the service on May 1 between 8am and 12pm. The day arrives, and by 11am I had not heard anything, so I texted back just to confirm I was on the schedule. No response. I called the phone number, there was no answer, so I left a detailed voicemail. No response. I then followed up at 1:40pm with a screenshot of the text exchange from March when the service was scheduled. I then got a prompt reply re-confirming that I was still on the schedule for the day, and that he would check on the location of the technicians. I heard nothing further. Tried called again. No response. Texted again at 3:30pm asking for updates. No response. Texted again at 4:11pm. No response. Multiple additional phone calls went straight to voicemail. The company never showed. I had to make arrangements to work from home so this service could be performed. The appointment was confirmed over a month in advance and re-confirmed the day of the appointment. Now, I have to find another vendor, make alternate work arrangements again, and will be delayed in getting my lawn irrigated this season. This is a dishonest business practice. It is bad enough to fail to show for a job. But it was made worse by re-confirming the day of the appointment that it was still scheduled, still not showing, and then just ignoring communications by text and phone. There was no excuse for this. If there was some problem on the company's end that required the appointment to be re-scheduled, I would have been reasonable. My sump pump discharged a significant amount of water, which created ice on the street during the winter and damaged my lawn. I also asked them to address a small uneven area around my sprinkler system. The team explained that they would regrade the area, use my existing soil, and plant grass seed, which I was completely comfortable with. They completed the entire project in just one day. At the end of the day, they sent photos of the finished work to the owner. Although I thought everything looked great, the owner wasn't satisfied with the appearance of the hay covering the newly seeded area. Even though installing sod was outside the original scope of work and would have been a much more expensive solution, he decided to go above and beyond. The very next day, he sent his crew back with fresh topsoil and sod at no additional cost. They added topsoil around my home to improve the grading and ensure water would drain away from the foundation. They even moved my stacked firewood, added topsoil underneath it, and carefully put everything back in place. When they finished, they watered all of the new sod, adjusted my sprinkler heads to ensure proper coverage, and thoroughly cleaned up the work area. My yard honestly looks better now than it did before they started. Premium Drainage was not the cheapest quote I received, but they were also not the most expensive. What set them apart was their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for drainage work or landscaping improvements.

We also expanded our patio and added a concrete pathway from the front to the back of the house. Then we had a retaining wall built and had some drainage issues resolved. Thankfully due to reliability issues with the previous irrigation company that we'd used we had to find a new company. Carlos showed us how the main irrigation pipe was installed at an angle and basically the irrigation back flow valve was forced into the PVC pipe and the possibility of it cracking under pressure and flooding our basement was extremely high.
