First..store was a big mess..I get it's floor move time however I would think at LEAST bathrooms would be clean. Second..the " manager" Denice...she should be removed from being a manager. She isn't helpful, she isn't professional in ANY way ,shape or form and she was OPENLY talking very badly about her employees to customers and another employee. The girl mouthed " sorry" that I heard the conversation as did the entire line if people waiting. You don't call people lovers and then threaten their hours. She literally complained about her staff because SHE had to unlock the paint. She was doing absolutely nothing but standing up front with a scowl on her face until she eas called back there. Even the lady who needed the paint said she shouldn't be in charge of anyone with that " nastitude". Awesome Halloween offerings and really appreciated there was a Halloween diamond dots offering that was incredibly reasonably priced and the whole store had 20% off full price items! Very valuable and walked out buying more than expected. read more

A clean, well stocked and inviting location with all the regular crafting goodness you want! I'm a craftaholic and I find happiness in going supply shopping and hunting for those deals that keep my fix going. I'll be honest, I hardly ever buy anything at regular full price no matter where I go, but to chain makes that way with regular app coupons and sales. This location stood out to me as it was really clean, stocked well and staff was very friendly. Every associate I passed greeted me and asked if I needed help. We stopped at this location to pick up items for our giant Nutcracker. Although we were not 100% sure with the direction we were going, in the end we found everything we needed. And more! The Cricut supplies had a good sale going on, so I was able to grab some extra vinyl for the project. It was easy to get in and out, and the staff was very helpful. read more

Michaels is a place you can get lost in and spend hours in just browsing. It's a Haven for crafty people, Bakers, Knitters, and all things for hobbies. I used to bake a lot this is my go-to place to get pans, food coloring, and all things that I needed for my craft. My husband and daughter are artists so they come here a lot of times to get all things from canvases to sketch pads, paints, and fancy ink pens that cost a lot of money. They always find what they need but never ever come without a coupon. You can always find an amazing coupon online and to buy anything with that one would be ridiculous because they are a bit overpriced. Most of the time we can find a 50% off one item coupon. All of us will have one and my husband will make each of us by one of his $8 pens. A $32 purchase becomes a $16 purchase and it's a win. read more

I love Michael's not just for crafts supplies but because they have so much decor! The fall and winter holidays have ended so that means 50%-75% all of those which is perfect to save for next year. I am for sure a fan. Although their prices tend to be higher then their competitors. They have a great rewards program that gets you great coupons which make their prices easier to swallow. Parking lot is always clean, the bathrooms should be tended to more. Store is jammed picked with stuff. Fairly organized though. The problem here is staff. You can NEVER find someone to help you. And when you do, they are not very pleasant. I am sure this is because they need more personnel. Staff at the register are nice and friendly but lines tend to be long. Worth the trip if you know what you are looking for. Just know before you go because you will not be able to find someone to help you. read more

My husband is a painter and he can usually find the oils he's looking for but sometimes they're out of certain colors. I crochet and knit so I buy yarn here, I usually wait until they have a sale because the prices are sort of high and they have sales all the time. Employees are helpful when you can find one. I love Michael's, I really do. I'm in here like twice a week. This Michael's annoys me sometimes. No one ever asks if I'm finding everything. They don't even acknowledge you if they walk by. I've worked retail. It was burned into our brains that your always say hello if you walk by. They never seem to have enough people on staff, or just no one answers the calls to come help with register. There can be 10+ people in line, and only one person checking out. This is my only craft store close by, so obviously I'll keep coming, but something needs to be done as far as customer service goes. read more
