They usually have the items I need, good prices and the staff was very helpful. Not a fan of the self checkout.

I love Michaels. They have pretty much all the basics you could need for your crafting/framing/wedding/floral arranging desires, and if they don't have something... Hobby Lobby is now right across the street. One thing I particularly enjoy/appreciate is the ability to order stuff online and pick it up curbside. Hobby Lobby doesn't have that. HOWEVER, don't expect quick service. They usually take at least 15 minutes to bring your items out. They'll mark your order as picked up and then 10 minutes later, they actually bring it out to you. I've had to call before to ask about my order. I couldn't just run in because I had a sleeping child in the car. So that's annoying. Also, I would check your order before you drive away because I've used the curbside ordering 3 times and 2 of those times an item was missing... so while I really like that curbside is an option, it's not the BEST option. If you can go inside to shop, do it. You'll find lots of goodies, and basically everything you need. P.S. Don't forget to download the app and use those coupons. You're welcome. read more

The older lady with the short black hair was terribly rude. my son went to get a box less than a minute he took and she rudely remarked"Thanks for holding up the line with her back turned to me." Not my fault there was just 1 cashier. Store #9912 have some customer service towards your paying customers! read more

We visit Michael's quite frequently for arts and craft supplies. I always happy to find what im looking for at a reasonable price. I love their online and instore coupons. This location is always clean.There is plenty of parking. The staff is always knowledgable and friendly. I will be back. read more

I tried to purchase a gift card and mum. The associate nor the manager could activate it. They said they "voided that transaction". Asked me to get another one and the same happened. I could not wait any longer so I told the manager I needed a copy of my "voided" transactions. He said it would take 1-2 days for it not to show. Here it is two weeks later and it's still on my card. Corporate customer service and the store is awful. I can't get them to credit my account. To me that is theft, because if I would have taken something without pay that would be theft. I left the store with no merchandise, and was charged TWICE. They are thieves, do not shop there. read more

Not the same Michael's I use to go to. This store use to be much better i way of types of merchandise. Hobby Lobby has much more than this store, but Michael's has kids craft days (varies between stores) and classes for adults like flower arranging. The store is pretty well kept up, but the restrooms could really use some help. Always paper towels or tissues on the floor when I go in there. Check out is pretty easy here. Staff here is friendly. This is my second choice of crafting places behind Hobby Lobby. read more

Horrible customer service. The girl at the register did not help out with questions about coupons and when she messed up the coupon and my grandma asked her to fix it she replied with "have a nice evening" and handed her the receipt. read more

Don't let your wife send you in for a sash ribbon thing for kids project... You might be here a while, way more in here than you would think. On the upside huge selection of ribbons. I found a few that will do and it wasn't too busy so all in all good place. read more
