However, the last few times I've been here there was an employee up front who was very rude. She has long blonde curly hair and she works in the front of the store often. Yesterday, an older Asian man was in line. It was obvious that he did not understand what she was saying. She kept repeating, "Do you have a Michael's reward account?" He just kept looking at her; he didn't know what she meant. The more she asked, the more nasty her voice became. Later, when I needed help at the self checkout, she sighed and then came over to help me. I think they need to put someone up front who has more of a customer friendly attitude. Maybe she could work in the stock room.
