I'm sure the owner of Gosh Yarn It would appreciate you correcting or removing the review accordingly. As for the store itself, it is a welcoming and wonderful yarn shop offering a wide range of beautiful yarns. The owner and her staff are very knowledgeable and always willing to help and answer questions. The new location is inviting, with plenty of space and a great atmosphere for customers to browse and enjoy. It's great to have a high-end yarn shop in the Wilkes-Barre area, and the store has also adapted to warmly welcome crocheters as well. Overall, the shop is welcoming, well-stocked, conveniently located, and has a great group of regulars.

I waited a few minutes outside because I wasn't sure if they were really open and I waited back until I saw a brave soul go to approach the door and it opened. That was my cue to make it through the door. I made my way back to the furniture section to look over items and then right over to the electronics. There wasn't much to see here. You would have thought with the amount of vehicles in the parking lot meant that there were rare antiques in the store. The store itself isn't all that big. It is definitely on the smaller side.

It is also our dogs birthday and tractor supply seems to be the only store he behaves in. Every time we go to this store the staff goes out of their way to greet us and ask if we need assistance. Heck we are in there so much for our pig that my wife looks for Anna every time because she is such a big help. This visit however I have never been more embarrassed in my life. I for one am a store manager and would never allow my staff to behave in this manner. We walked in and was immediately greeted by Robert. We walked to the back and grabbed our pig food and chicken scratch. As we were walking to the front to grab our dog a birthday treat a woman named Tammy offered us a bag of the very same chicken scratch we were buying at a 50% discount because the bag was ripped. Happily I accepted the offer because I didn't mind the small hole in the bag. As I was walking to the register I stuck the regular priced bag back on the pallet where I found it. As I am checking out with Robert the cashier, Tammy comes running up in front of all the other customers and yells "That's not the bag that I marked 50% off". At first I thought maybe she made a mistake but then I soon realized she was accusing me of putting the discount sticker on the regular priced bag. She then shouted "where did you put the other bag?". I was so extremely embarrassed and so was the cashier Robert that he apologized for her atleast five times. I understand that there are dishonest people in this world, again I work retail and am a store manager myself. However it would be physically impossible for me to remove the discount sticker and put it on the new bag without incident, add the tape from the ripped bag, cross off the bar codes in HER marker, and then hide the discounted bag all in the few minutes I was in the store. I am so embarrassed. I will never return to this location. I was going to just leave but being professional I asked to speak to a manager and they sent a manager named Rich. He was very nice and understood my concern only I didn't really feel that it was acceptable for what this employee did and he even tried to defend her by saying she's usually nice. Which may be the case, only that this time she wasn't and i felt totally disrespected, embarrassed, and belittled. I will never shop here again and it's sad because the family and I really use to enjoy the visits and always dropped a lot of money there. Now because this one ignorant employee accusing me of stealing a $16 discounted bag of chicken food which SHE offered me when I was going to pay the full price like I always do, you lose a loyal customer. Shame on you tractor supply, I expected more from you.

There was some furniture, Christmas decorations, toys but it was mostly clothes. The clothes I saw were in very rough condition, worn, pilling, some stained. Bought over 6 thousand dollars of furniture. 2…read morerecliners had to be returned after 60 days as material pilled, looked like someone urinated on the furniture. Bought a king size mattress, started to sag after 8 months on my husband's side. Called customer service, waited 2 days for a return call. We have a service plan on the furniture. Customer service stated the plan doesn't cover mattresses but she "would do something for me", neglecting to mention the mattress has a 10 year warranty. The gentleman who was to evaluate the mattress took 3 days to call me. Wanted to come out Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Just wasn't possible on our end. Made an appointment for the following Monday. Here it is the work day half over, no call no show. No response from customer service. Next step is the Better Business Bureau. The store doesn't return calls either. Would definitely not recommend this store. Great before the sale, a nightmare after. Addendum: After finally reaching the local store and threatening to throw the mattress on the showroom floor, customer service reached out and will be here between 12n and 4pm. Another wasted day waiting. Why does one have to get so extreme before any action is taken?
