I wish I could give zero stars, because that's what this experience deserves. Today 6/15/23 at 10:00am we had to go to tractor supply to pick up our chicken and pig food in which we do every month. It is also our dogs birthday and tractor supply seems to be the only store he behaves in. Every time we go to this store the staff goes out of their way to greet us and ask if we need assistance. Heck we are in there so much for our pig that my wife looks for Anna every time because she is such a big help. This visit however I have never been more embarrassed in my life. I for one am a store manager and would never allow my staff to behave in this manner. We walked in and was immediately greeted by Robert. We walked to the back and grabbed our pig food and chicken scratch. As we were walking to the front to grab our dog a birthday treat a woman named Tammy offered us a bag of the very same chicken scratch we were buying at a 50% discount because the bag was ripped. Happily I accepted the offer because I didn't mind the small hole in the bag. As I was walking to the register I stuck the regular priced bag back on the pallet where I found it. As I am checking out with Robert the cashier, Tammy comes running up in front of all the other customers and yells "That's not the bag that I marked 50% off". At first I thought maybe she made a mistake but then I soon realized she was accusing me of putting the discount sticker on the regular priced bag. She then shouted "where did you put the other bag?". I was so extremely embarrassed and so was the cashier Robert that he apologized for her atleast five times. I understand that there are dishonest people in this world, again I work retail and am a store manager myself. However it would be physically impossible for me to remove the discount sticker and put it on the new bag without incident, add the tape from the ripped bag, cross off the bar codes in HER marker, and then hide the discounted bag all in the few minutes I was in the store. I am so embarrassed. I will never return to this location. I was going to just leave but being professional I asked to speak to a manager and they sent a manager named Rich. He was very nice and understood my concern only I didn't really feel that it was acceptable for what this employee did and he even tried to defend her by saying she's usually nice. Which may be the case, only that this time she wasn't and i felt totally disrespected, embarrassed, and belittled. I will never shop here again and it's sad because the family and I really use to enjoy the visits and always dropped a lot of money there. Now because this one ignorant employee accusing me of stealing a $16 discounted bag of chicken food which SHE offered me when I was going to pay the full price like I always do, you lose a loyal customer. Got most of the stuff one might need. Most prices pretty fair/competitive.

nWorst Tractor Supply store! Was charged for a tank of Propane gas by a store clerk, this was not noticed till after I checked out. Was only buying bird seed and bird feeders. To get it returned I had to give my name and phone number even though it was their mistake. Became quite upset and even had a customer threaten me while he was leaving the store. Clerk has apparently not been trained properly since I did get my refund after they took their good old time getting my money. Was given the money and then expected to sign the receipt which I refused to sign. Never had a problem before but after being charged an extra $75 for something I did not even buy any normal person would be upset. I only became upset after the clerk was arguing with me. I was here yesterday getting pet food, guess this chain replaced the feed store of yesterday. Bright and clean well stocked, nice people work there. They seem to have everything you need but don't expect a break price wise. Not the place you go looking for a bargain. Check around before you make any big ticket purchases such as Tractors and mowers or clothing. read more

Tractor Supply Lehighton, PA THANK YOU! Missy Homesey you rock woman!!, as with all the associates there, this store my go to for any pet supplies, propane, and clothes if they are one sale. The best part.......most of the associates BABY SIT our lil bully baby (pit bull) while we shop! If I am shopping by myself they ALWAYS take out my purchase & put in the car for me. We can ALWAYS find a very knowable, know the product sales force & if they don't know another associate is right there helping. TRY AND FIND ALL THIS AT WALMART!! The ONLY complaint I have about any Tractor Supply..........I wish you would sell more MADE IN AMERICA clothing & products. I do realize that SOME of the products are yet how wonderful would it be for Tractor Supply to say THE STORE THAT HELPS KEEP AMERICA WORKING! ( yes I am a retired marketing rep ). read more
