I paid for tires . Since new they leak. They never have time to repair unless i take day off work and make appointment. Finally on Sunday july 18, 2022 they repair. On monday july 19, 2022 tire is flat again. That is less than 24 hours . .thats some great work . .told again i would need to make a appointment . . How many days should i take off work? Disappointed in the lack of effort. Took both my cars on separate occasions for alignments and both times they tried to do the bare minimum.

My tire blew out on the highway 3 hours into my 12 hour drive. After sitting at the side of the highway for 2 hours waiting for roadside assistance, Michel tire was the only place open to get a new tire put on my car. They were absolutely wonderful to me. Replaced my tire and changed my oil. Fast service. Inexpensive. Excellent customer service. I am not from the area, but I highly recommend them. I have dealt with that shop for alot of years and bought at least 5 sets of tires from them and have spent alot of money for my repairs to my family's vehicles. I had my daughter take her truck in there for some repairs in Dec 2016 and paid for 2 new tires we had called last week to to get checked for some issues they refused to repair it because of a tarp strap on the hood and the guy named Zack treaded us like I was a idiot will never let them touch one of my vehicles again read more

I used to take all my car repair business to Michael Tire on Alexis Rd., but had been less and less satisfied with the service the last couple of years. The guy at the counter was not courteous and had an attitude yesterday as if he didn't care if he had my business. My Mazda 6 headlight was out and as I explained that I didn't know if the problem was electrical or just a bad bulb he told me that electrical is expensive and starts at $90 an hour and he couldn't guarantee how much time it would take to diagnose the problem. That if my headlight was an HID then it would be over $200, otherwise it would be $66. He was short with me and did not try to find out what the problem was. I left and called a Mazda dealer and the Tireman store down the street. The dealer price was somewhat less than Michael and they offered to look at the car to see what part I would need to give me a price. Tire man told me to bring the car in, their price was almost half of Michael's quote and they took my car in right away without an appointment, even though they had every bay filled and a full parking lot. They explained what I needed to know. They were courteous and professional. I have been taking my cars to Michael tire for over 10 years, but not anymore. read more
