My first call was to my husband, who was out of state on travel, and he told me to hang up and call State Farm. Gary Fourtner answered and worked tirelessly (and past closing) to make sure I was OK, to get me a tow truck ASAP (I was on a busy street during rush hour) and convince Enterprise to stay open past closing until I could get there. He checked up on me every day until I got the very fair check for my car that I had to have to buy a replacement, which took only a week.
