Her husband noticed the damage and she told Skip I'd insisted she time my insurance card. He called me up and THANKED me for being a good honest person. My insurance did NOT go up. That is what you call old-fashioned customer service. Why can't Skip run for office. I actually trust him--not even kidding on that one. And everyone in the office is absolutely lovely.
