Apparently the flowers were delivered on time; there just isn't a way to know, without solicitously bugging the bereaved in my case. I get the sense that these are really nice people who take pride in doing professional work. I suggest using the phone for ordering, just for the peace of mind--which is a big part of what one pays for when ordering flowers online.
