Trevaughn called in advance of showing up to make sure the scheduled time was still good. He was polite, professional, and went above and beyond, making a couple of trips to pick up and dispose of all the materials. Not only that, but his pricing was a bargain. To say that they did a good job would be an understatement. They took their time in doing each room and each piece of furniture. When they were finished an area, they put Styrofoam blocks under all of the furniture so that the carpet under that furniture would dry also. I've never had a carpet cleaner do that before. Then they sprayed a deodorizer (which you pay more for but was necessary for our home as we have 3 dogs one of which is a puppy that is not quite house trained yet) and used a tool that looked like a rake to spread it into the fibers of the carpet. They even got down on their hands and knees to wipe up my kitchen and dining room floors where a little bit of water had spilled. My home is now clean and smelling wonderful. Also want to point out that during the free estimate visit i said we were thinking we needed it cleaned weekly or every other week. They said they didn't think that was necessary and recommended once a month. They could have easily said ok and made more money but they didn't. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Highly highly recommend.
