I contacted them for an estimate to update and redo their shoddy work. I met with them for over an hour and discussed in detail what I was looking for. When I got the estimate, they hadn't listened to any of the details I discussed, and submitted a ridiculously overpriced estimate to fix their bad work. Edit: Credit where its due. they did contact me after the review and showed they did try to contact me but contacted someone else by mistake and got a no response instead of a you got a wrong number. Brian came highly recommended by two of our friends, and we couldn't have been better served. Brian and crew replaced the floor with hardwood, repaired and painted every wall, reworked the electrical system, and found and repaired some subfloor damage not noted in the inspection.
